This Fort Walton Beach condo features a queen in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, a set of twin bunks in a hallway alcove and a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeping up to eight people, this lovely beachfront condo is perfect for a family vacation or a group of friends looking to escape to the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast. Free beach service comes daily with each rental. Enjoy the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen featuring granite countertops, a washer and dryer in your accommodations and free wireless internet. Spend some time on your private balcony and watch the waves roll onto the soft white sandy shore. Revel in the peace and quiet while breathing in the sweet, salty air.

Soak up the sun at the beach or float the day away at the beachfront pool, the choice is yours. My family and I visited. We loved our accommodations. Everything was clean and well maintained. The instructions were clear and concise. Our family enjoyed even with the construction underway (which wasn't bad at all, but we appreciate the property manager for communicating that before we booked). All in all, we had a great experience.

Amazing views

Amazing barely begins to describe the view from this condo. We enjoyed waking up and seeing the ocean from our bedroom and sitting on the balcony in the evenings watching the sun go down. The convenience of walking out the back of the condo and being on the beach can’t be beat. Highly recommend.

The pics were a little different than what we arrived too. There is construction going on at both condos side by side. They let us know that prior to coming though. Owner very good to work with. The toilet was leaking internally texted owner and within half hour someone there to fix. Beach was great. Great location easy in and out. Easy Access to Destin for adventures. It was a great trip a great time. Will return someday if it's available

Disappointing but in the future I’m sure it will be better.

First I would like to start out by saying the hosts Ken and Edie were amazing and very helpful. I appreciated their communication and trying to resolve tour situation. Blue Dolphin was an amazing location but there is total construction on the entire building and that was not fully communicated to the hosts. Outside and in the hallways and elevator. No balcony and all windows taped up. We could not stay and had to find another place. Inside the condo needs freshened up for sure. Just make sure you ask questions before you reserve to avoid any headaches. I’m sure after the renovations this place will be amazing.

Yes the construction has taken its toll on our building. We did all we could do to help her but in the end gave her a full refund. That’s the way we operate. Please don’t let this negative review effect your decision to stay at Blue Dolphin, construction we be done July 31. Negative reviews are so devastating and we DONT mislead people. We tell the truth.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was perfect for our family of 5. The layout was great! The best thing about it, for us, was that it was right on the beach. A lot of these beachfront condos are quite a long walk to the beach even though they are technically "on this beach". Because the building was smaller and had only a handful of units, the pool was smaller. This was absolutely fine for us as there was never anyone else using it. The beach was private and not crowded at all. There were always chairs and an umbrella on the beach waiting for us when we got there. The building was under construction during our stay so the outside was a bit of a mess. I wouldn't say that this really affected our stay though. The owners were very kind and easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals in the condo. There were a few things that could use replacing, but again, it did not take away from our experience. We loved this location and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place right on the beautiful beach!

This was a nice condo. Clean and family orientated! Quiet neighborhood and right on the beach. Minor complaint is that extra toilet paper, trash bags, and dish pods would have been nice. these are things that are normally supplied with our rental. But I would recommend this to any family that is looking to spend your days on the beach and enjoy a family environment. All the families had children and pool time in the evenings was enjoyable with these families. Quiet after dark.

This unit is perfect for a small family. Plenty of sleeping space but the living area and kitchen is a bit small if you have more than one family. I loved the covered parking and the easy beach access literally steps away. It’s a very small building with a handful of units so no waiting for the elevator.

We were looking for a clean condo with a pool and easy access to the beach for our children! This condo was amazing! We loved how close it was to the beach and wasn't difficult taking your personal items to the beach! The daily chair and umbrella service was a huge help! Close to all the hustle and bustle of Destin! We will be back!

Blue Dolphin 202 was perfect for us because on the smaller 10 unit complex, private beach with daily beach service, and quiet pool. We love being so close to the water and just a few minutes away from some of the best restaurants and local tourist attractions.

What makes this property unique

The cozy 10 unit Blue Dolphin give our visitors the best of both worlds. The privacy of the gulf beach with free beach service but the ability to be close to an active social life and kids attractions. The beautiful gulf view from our balcony is a great way to relax and watch the sunset with your favorite beverage.
