The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard with Scottish touches. The apartment is centrally located, part of the iconic Art Decor building, Lothian House. There are numerous supermarkets, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. Please note: Edinburgh City Council has introduced a mandatory 5% Tourist Levy. This will apply to bookings made on or after 1 October 2025 for stays starting from 24 July 2026. The levy is charged on the first five nights of any stay and will be collected separately.
