Top Location Downtown Design Loft
Design Loft in Historic Center, brand new, newly remodeled with the best finishes and furnishings. Modern building with swimming pool, gym, elevator, laundry and 24 hour security. A few steps from Fine Arts Hall, Alameda park, subway stations, museums, stores and restaurants. Located in a very safe area, it has a queen size bed, new and very comfortable Sealy mattress and a Swedish design twin sofa bed. You could probalby find cheaper options, but if your thing is quality, you wil love it!
The space
Interior apartment, overlooking a beautiful and quiet garden. The best location to visit the Historic Center, the Zocalo, the Cathedral, Fine Arts Museum, and all the magnificent buildings and about 100 museums at the downtown area. Right in front one of the most beautiful green areas of the city with statues and fountains. A 3 min walk from the closestmetro station and Turibus stop. Surrounded by restaurants, shops and cafes. Located inside a modern building with the best facilities, swimming pool, gym, elevator, laundry and dry cleaning as well as meeting rooms. In the most secure and tourist friendly area in Mexico City.

The neighborhood
One of the most touristic areas of the city and accessible to move to any area of your interest. You can walk through the downtown area, visit historic buildings and churches, visit the zocalo, the archaeological zone of the Templo Mayor, the Cathedral, the Mexican Museum of Design MUMEDI, and many restaurants and bars.
Getting around
It is a very safe area of the Historical Center, you can go out during the day and night and walk without worries, you will find restaurants of all kinds, bars, museums, churches, shops and much more! We recommend using UBER private car service, it is very safe, efficient and economical, from the airport the approximate cost is 9 usd.
Other things to note
You can enjoy a fully equipped gym, indoor heated swimming pool, several lobbies with wifi, meeting rooms, outdoor terraces, rooftop running track. Inside the building there is laundry store, a small convenience store, and even a projection room!
