This was a very convenient location, with easy access to the Centro Historico, museums, and good restaurants. It is a busy area, so if you are looking for calm and relaxing, or are a light sleeper, it may not be right for you. For our family it was just right, with all the amenities we needed.

The apartment is great for the price and meets expectations. The locations is great for sightseeing and activities. It is a little loud outside though, for those light sleepers.

We were glad the space were enough space for my whole family. We were also glad to have a small pay area designated for children and far away from the units. Plenty of blankets. No air-conditioning but fans are inside the home. They have plenty of umbrellas to use and borrow and included an umbrella stroller for little toddlers including a pack and play for sleep. Sadly, there were mold found in their shower areas. In regards to thee building, it is not family friendly at all. Children were look down upon in the area.The pool only allows 2 people per unit which is not conducive to families with children. The pool is super strict in making sure participants have goggles and swimming caps.

It was a bit disappointing experience with the price we paid. The condition of the property is not good. The light of a room was completely broke, a bed frame fell apart and doesn't hold mattress anymore, and the dryer is out of service since day one. The worst part is that we were locked out of the apartment in one evening with two young kids. There are two sets of electronic locks on the door. Only one of the password is given to the guest. During our stay, the host decided to lock the other electronic lock remotely for no reason, and hence all of our family was locked out of the room for a period of time. We had to take the little one to Hilton nearby for bathroom Also, the area is noisier than I thought. Outside noise transmits into the bedrooms very easily as the windows are not sound proof at all. Good thing is that the location is convenient. It is close to historic area, subway and bus stations. If living close to historic area is not your top priority, I would suggest look for apartments in Roma area. You will get better value and environment there

Cozy, safe, small apartment

The apartment was safe and comfortable. The property manager made sure we received the key when we arrived and had a helper walk us through the premises and the parking rules. The parking space was excellent. There was security personnel in the lobbies. This place is in the perfect spot to tour downtown Mexico City. We are a family of 6 and we had plenty of bed space: 3 full-size beds (2 bedrooms, 1 bed in the entry area close to the dining table). We greatly appreciated that the property manager had brand new rolls of toilet paper in the 2 restrooms which saved us from the headache of running out to buy it. The kitchen was fully equipped. The only downer was that we did not have access to the pool because it was restricted to gym users. By the way, previous reviews mentioned loud music and partying, well we found it to be perfectly fine. It really is not a big deal at all. Again, for my family and me, the only thing that matters is location, safety, and comfort. We never felt threatened. Also, we had to check out at 4 am and the property manager came by to pick up the key from us for an extra 100pesos which was fine because he was flexible enough to get the key from us that early at dawn hours. Great place to stay if you want to enjoy Downtown Mexico City. There are so many restaurants and historic sites within walking distance. Yes, and walking around this location is super safe. We will probably come back to this same place if we decide to visit Mexico City again.

Location.. love Mexico City.

We were met at the property by Alejandra. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Across the street, Alameda Central, Hop on Hop off bus, Palacio de Bellas Artes. Restaurants, stores, street vendors, musicians etc. Apartment was nice. Can accommodate 6-8, but would be cramped. Full size bed also cramped. Small TV, but wifi was good. Well supplied with essentials. However, bath towels were superthin. But with the location, we would stay here again.

Great Location !

Prime location! Minutes away from Palacio de Bellas Artes, Torre Latino Americana, and a few blocks from Zocalo and El Angel. Live music in the streets with dancing and plenty of restaurants all around. A block away from el metro and plenty of Uber and taxi services. The apartment itself was very clean with all the amenities we could of needed. Never watched the television because there was no time but it’s there if you want it! The safety of the location was excellent. Security at the entrances to the building are very nice and amicable. I plan on renting the apartment again when visiting Mexico City.
