Two bedroom townhouse, located in a quiet urbanisation at the top of the hill in the Gran Alacant area.

Stunning, breath taking views of the Mediterranean Sea, where you will find long sandy beaches, with water sports for the adventurous.

This well presented 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom house is located on the gated community of Vista Bahia 3. The house, located inside a quiet road with parking in front of the house, features TV, Wifi, rooftop solarium, aircon to master bedroom, BBQ and Sea Views

On entering the front door you are in an open plan lounge/dining area. To the rear of the lounge is access to the fully equipped kitchen, stairs to first floor, galleria area where you will find the washing machine, storage area.

There is also a ground floor small bathroom with toilet. Stairs leading to the first floor. Two double bedrooms, one with double bed which has a patio door leading onto a small balcony and the second with a twin single beds. There is a family bathroom with shower over the bath. The stairs lead up onto a rooftop solarium which has fabulous views over the Mediterranean sea.

Here you can soak up the sun, enjoying a good book or a nice glass of wine and stunning views over to the beach.

There is a beautiful 17 KM long beach within 10 minutes walk of the house.
Takes a little longer to get back as it is an uphill walk.

A regular open top "Road Tram" takes you around the area and down to the main shopping center wher you will find several supermarkets, restaurants to suit all tastes etc.

Benidorm is approx 1 hours drive north or you can take the train or bus if you do not drive. There are also coach trips to take you there to the water parks etc. The lively nightlife and its many attractions which include Terra Mitica, Mundomar, Terra Nature are among a few.

Gran Alacant itself , has a large selection of bars and restaurants catering to all taste and nationalities and several large supermarkets where you can purchase beer and wine for relaxing on the terrace and soaking up the sun.

There is a weekly market on Thursday morning where you can pick up fresh local fruit and vegetables.

The Caribassi beach, has fabulous sand dunes and stretches for miles, with plenty of free parking.

The house is large, clean, and spacious, which is the only positive thing I can say about our stay.Unfortunately, the host charges extra fees for almost everything after you have already booked and paid, when you can no longer get a refund. We had to pay 15 for an extra baby cot and another 30 because we arrived after 9:00 pm, even though this was not made clear before booking.You also have to be very careful with the air conditioning because the host may charge you an additional fee if you use too much electricity. This is completely unreasonable, especially when the temperature is around 40C. There is only one air conditioner in one bedroom, while the rest of the house becomes unbearably hot and the fans provided are not enough.Overall, while the house itself is nice, the unexpected extra charges and restrictions made the stay stressful. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to families.

Thank you for your comments. Regarding the cot, as there was not one available at this property which is clearly stated in the advert you requested to rent one at the price agreed. Regarding out of hours fees. As I do not know what time guests are arriving until they have completed my booking form which is fully explicit and sent to guest as soon as the booking has been made. You do have the opportunity to read this and also time to cancel the reservation if it is done in a set time frame. The air-conditioning is stated in the advert also and charges are only made when it is used excessively. Unfortunately due to the increase in electricity charges this is what the owners are applying now.

We had a lovely stay. Welcomed by Karen who was always there if needed. We had problems with the WiFi but Karen came to the rescue and had people to come and install a new fiber system. The house was perfect, clean and cosy with a roof top we used in the evening to enjoy the end of the day.

Rooms are dirty and airconditioning is under extra charges. Airconditioning fans are very old and not effective. Sea view from the roof which is very hard to stay there due exclusively hot weather and high temperature. Area is isolated as shopping center little far.

Kommunikationen og modtagelsen var i top.Lejligheden ligger i et roligt lukket område.Der er længere til stranden end man umiddelbart ser af billederne, og der er meget kuperet. Egner sig bedst til bil.Busstoppested er tæt på lejligheden. Går både til Alicante og Santa Pola.

Good property, a little disappointed with the air conditioning policy's and the ventilation of the house. If you use the AC you will have to pay extra.

Relax y tranquilidad.

Todo muy bonito, la casa está muy bien ubicada se puede tomar el sol de la terasa de arriba donde se ve el mar y llega la brisa del mar, un poco lejos la playa pero, con el coche se llegas en 5min. Es una zona muy tranquila, con el parking privado frente de la casa. Solo falta los canales de Tele en español. Tuvimos solo las noticias de UK. Seguro repetimos.
