Newly renovated corner house!

Helt nyrenoverat hörnradhus i Gran Alacant bara 10 minuter från Alicante flygplats. Tre våningar (inkl källare) plus takterass. I ett trevligt spanskt bostadsområde.

Takterassen har mäktig havsutsikt och bergsutsikt och på entréplan finns en möblerad uteplats med grill och citronträd. Mäktig bergsutsikt från husets alla fönster. Tillgång till gemensam pool i området (ca 150 m).

Ett rum med queen size (140 cm) och egen balkong.
Ett rum med två 90-sängar som kan ställas ihop till dubbelsäng. Egen balkong.
Ett familjerum i källaren med två 90-sängar som kan ställas ihop och en våningssäng.
Ett mindre enkelrum i källaren med en 90-säng.

Sovrummen i källaren har inga dörrar utan är mer alkover. Familjerummet kan skärmas av med draperi.

Huset ligger ca 1 km från en av de finaste sandstränderna i Alicante-området. Huset ligger dock rätt mycket högre än havet vilket gör promenaden hem från stranden rätt ansträngande för vissa. Det finns mycket restauranger och mataffär i närområdet och Alicante finns på 20 minuters avstånd med bil eller 20 minuter med buss. Det går att åka kollektivt till Alicante och Santa Pola men hyrbil rekommenderas och finns att hyra billigt på flygplatsen.

Lakan, kökshanddukar, dusch och bad- handdukar ingår i priset du betalar här på homeaway. Sängarna kommer att vara bäddade enligt dina önskemål när du anländer. Du kommer att få fylla i ett webbformulär för att meddela oss vilka sängar ni vill ha bäddade inför er ankomst.

Amazing vacation

House is great, we were 9 people and everyone was comfortable. Nice terrace, plenty of parking, just 5 minutes in car to beautiful beaches and 2 minutes to supermarkets. Magnus was really helpful I will recommend 100% this property

Gran Alacant - on top of the hill!

We had a great couple of weeks in Magnus’ house, the view was great, more than enough space for 3 teenagers and 4 adults! The walk to the beach from the house was about 15-20 minutes, which is just fine and a good little workout! Would really recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing stay

We have just had two fabulous weeks here. Loads of space, pool was beautiful. Very Hilly area so need to be fit or have car access. Struggled walking back from the beach with a pram! The house was amazing and loved the roof terrace, just a couple of little points, no toaster or kettle which would have been useful, we only cooked twice as we ate out mostly but the oven seemed to trip the electricity so was quite frustrating trying to cook. Overall amazing stay would definitely stay again

So sad to leave!

We rented this house for 2 weeks and have just left this morning. We are so sad to leave. The house is in a great location and the pool close by. The house was spotless when we arrived and had everything we could need apart from a kettle (but we packed a travel one so this wasn't a problem). This is our 4th time visiting Gran Alacant and we were not disappointed. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful house Magnus. We had the best 2 weeks making memories

Lovely property but lacked essentials.

Property was lovely few things missing which could make life easier, eg toaster, kettle, microwave, we were lucky we had a mobile home so brought what was needed from the van, but these are simple things that are required by the English especially when with children, also it was on a steep hill we are in our 60s and thought this should have been mentioned.

Heerlijk huis

Heerlijk huisje, alles aanwezig. Ruimte voldoende door de drie woonlagen, erg gezellig ingericht! Ook dakterras is gezellig zitten. Jammer dat na zo'n reis, je zelf je bedden op moet maken. Strand en zee waren top, ook gezellig strandtentje en fijne bedden te huur. Strand is te bereiken via enorm steile weg, dus auto is wel handig.

Brilliant property.

what an excellent place to spend your holiday. the property is brilliant, close walk to the pool, air con in the areas that is need. fantastic views from the balcony. also bbq and beach equipment was fantastic. overall we had an amazing time at this property and would highly reccomend to any one wanting to visit the area. also Magnus was excellent all the way through the process. Thank You

Trevligt, personligt och fräscht

Mycket trevligt hus! Vi bodde först fem, sedan tio och sedan åtta personer i huset under en vecka. Huset är väldigt bra planerat och personligt inrett. Allt fanns i huset och läget med nära till mataffärer, restauranger och kommunikationer gör att jag varmt kan rekommendera detta boende. Mycket trevliga ägare! Stort tack!

Great House

The house is stunning. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Nice walk down to the beach, needed the car for the way home as very steep hills. Supermarket less than 10 min walk and some lovely restaurants within 15 min walk. Local beaches were great.

En general nos gustó todo, no tenemos ninguna queja

Fuimos 9 personas entre niños y adultos, la casa muy bonita y limpia, el propietario siempre respondía muy rápido los mensajes, una vista muy bonita, una hermosa playa bastante cerca y está muy cerca también de Alicante centro, pudimos visitar la isla Tabarca desde Santa Pola que está bastante cerca, la piscina está muy bien y la casa bien equipada, tuvimos la mala suerte que no funcionaba el wifi, pero casi mejor que fuese así. Jajaja. En general lleno todas nuestras expectativas, 100% recomendada, pepetiriamos seguro

Véhicule indispensable, manque quelques équipements dans la cuisine (notamment un ouvre-boîte !). Tres jolies plages à proximité et calanques à 1/2 h de route.

Absolutely Lovely

Me and my family (7 in total) stayed in this clean & well presented house from 4/8 to 11/8 2018. The house is plenty big enough for all. We cooked and ate in twice. Bbq in the storage cupboard...what more could you want? The roof terrace allows great views. I would recommend visiting the beach its beautiful..the walk isnt as long as it looks. Over all.. is a massive thumbs up from us.

Rekommenderas varmt

Luftig lägenhet med plats för många. Beskrivningen var så tydlig att det kändes som om vi redan varit där! Allt stämde till punkt och pricka. Hemtrevligt, (inte en anonym hotellstandard som ofta kan vara fallet). Härligt med AC och wifi och allt som ingick i den här lägenheten. Lätt att få kontakt med ägare när vi hade en liten fråga att ställa. Bra mat och livsmedel fanns inom närområdet och stormarknad nås efter en kort bilfärd. Nära till en massa utflyktsmål. Bil känns behövligt på grund av den kuperade terrängen ner till medelhavet. Lätt att hitta parkeringen intill hörnradhuset. Orkar man inte ta bilen så finns i alla fall en pool inom ett par minuters gångpromenad. Härlig utsikt från takterrassen. Här kan behövas några stolar så man slipper ta med några nerifrån. Rekommenderas verkligen varmt, ger fem stjärnor med extra plus.

Perfekt boende. Lätt att umgås både inomhus, utomhus och på takterrass. Även lätt att dra sig undan och vara för sig själv ett tag. Nära till trevlig pool (som dock ej är uppvärmd). Vi hade väldigt trevligt. Området är backig så man tar helst bilen ner till stranden.

Bekvämt och superfint rustat hörnradhus

Alla bekvämligheter finns i detta välutrustade radhus. Komplett kök, fräscha badrum varav det ena utrustat med tvättmaskin. Sovrummen är rymliga med sköna sängar. AC finns i hela huset vilket gör att det va skönt att tillbringa de varmaste timmarna på dagen inomhus då vi hade småbarn med på resan. Bostaden är välplanerad och genomtänkt och får en att kunna koppla av såväl inne som på tillhörande uteplats. Bostaden ligger i ett lugnt kvarter där det är lätt att parkera bil i direkt anslutning till huset. I området finns ett mysigt poolområde, ca 50m från huset, där många eftermiddagar tillbringades. Närmaste affär ca 3-400m från huset innehåller det mesta man kan behöva. Ett större köpcentrum finns ca 10 min bort med bil. Restauranger finns många inom ca 5-15min gångväg. Vi gick efter de med bäst betyg på Tripadvisor och blev mycket nöjda. Vi lagade även mat i huset flera kvällar vilket också gick superbra. Hyrbil rekommenderas då det är väldigt kuperat och en promenad till stranden med alla grejer känns något övermäktig även om avståndet i sig inte är så långt. Vi kan absolut rekommendera fler att åka hit!

Perfekt in i minsta detalj

Det här är ett underbart trevligt hus! Allt är nytt, toppfräscht och skönt matchande, såväl inomhus som utomhus. Sara och Magnus är så gästfria med sitt hus och sina grejer och har verkligen tänkt på allt för att göra vistelsen här fantastisk. Vi var två vuxna och två barn som njöt till fullo av huset, poolen, havet, utsikten och livet. Området är lugnt och väl omhändertaget och så finns det affärer och restauranger på lagom avstånd. Vi köpte städning av agenturen vilket var jätteskönt. Lakan och handdukar hyrde vi också från agenturen, och det är ju bekvämt att slippa kånka på men lakanen var 100% polyester och kändes svettiga trots den eminenta luftkonditioneringen. Tips: Vi hyrde bil från Avis och det var guld att ha hyrbil - man tar sig lätt in till Alicante och parkering verkar vara gratis - men vi rekommenderar inte Avis. Tog jättelång tid, de försökte pracka på oss en massa extra som vi avböjde men ändå blev slutnotan högre än vad som sagts. Det finns massor av andra biluthyrare på flygplatsen, välj en annan.

Why they chose this property

We bought a completely empty house with a lot of opportunities to host guests. We have been putting a lot of energy during the renovation process during first half of 2017 and we are happy with the result! We appreciate the closeness to the wonderful Alicante but also that it is peaceful and quiet and a lot of fun for the kids. The beach is among the best in the whole of Costa Blanca!

What makes this property unique

The best thing with this house is that you can have a lot of guests and still don´t be in eachother´s face all the time. And even though it is a Town House the terrace offers you some privacy!
