We always appreciate all feedback... good and bad. Fortunately, each item was addressed immediately after your departure. We're disappointed our crew missed some of these items but that was addressed with them and we are in much better shape today due to this feedback. Thank you!

College like apt with a million dollar view. I really feel if it had some TLC, it would be excellent. We enjoyed the new couches. Beds were comfortable. Loved the Lighthouse Building and its amenities.

Thank you for your feedback. We just completed our annual furnishing replacements; new sleeper sofa, love seat and a few other new things that needed to be addressed. Thank you again as we take all feedback and act on it asap!

Great stay, comfortable beds and furniture. It was quiet, very relaxing. Just bring your own pillows, the pillows weren’t that comfortable, and bring laundry detergent if you want to use the washer. Great stay, highly recommended!

No fault to the owner. Next to the pool area a common area where you can leave your beach items for you’re not dragging sand into your car or back to the room. We thought it was a very convenient and nice idea. So I guess we trusted that the staff would be able to secure our property specially since there’s a few codes to get into the condominium into the pool into that area . We had two brand new never used backpack chairs stolen. A frisbee a drink holder that you put in the sand. All of my kids, sand toys, a humongous bag worth. .4 flashlights.,Seashell finders. They saw the person leave the beach, but could not do anything about it. Very sad a lot of money was spent on those items at least 300 minimum. Just a half ass sorry. Is all we got.

Charlie, this makes me very sad... I will also add this is the first I'm aware of such valuable items being taken and very little effort made to get your items back. I will be sharing this with the HOA as they need to find a way to make items like this more secure. Thank you for taking the time to make me aware so I can address this with the staff.

Great location

We had an absolutely wonderful time vacationing in Gulf Shores! We loved being right on the beach and waking up everyday to the sound of ocean waves. In addition to swimming in the ocean, our children loved playing in the condo pools!
