Villa Jaruco, is located in the "Condado del Jaruco" urbanization, only 3 minutes drive from Fenals beach (1.2km), 2 minutes drive from the Aldi supermarket (1km) and in the same urbanization there is the water park water world, an equestrian center, and the possibility of disconnecting by taking a walk in the mountains.
It is ideal for families who seek tranquility without giving up all the services in the area.

Schönes Haus, Fotos sehen besser aus

Schönes Haus mit tollem Grundstück und ausreichend Platz. Innenausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen und Küchenutensilien sind nicht ganz für die Personenanzahl ausreichend. Außerdem wurde bei Schlüsselübergabe gewarnt man solle leise sein aufgrund der Nachbarn, sowas sollte in der Beschreibung stehen. Dafür haben Ausblick und Umgebung überzeugt. Wir würden wiederkommen :)

Enttäuschung

Service der Agentur lässt zu wünschen übrig: - kein Check-in Ankunft im Haus, Check in erst gegen 22:30 Uhr ohne Entschädigung und ohne Entschuldigung. - die defekte Ausstattung und der Zustand wurden durch Agentur nach mehrfachen Kontakt nicht beseitigt: Schrank defekt, Liegestühle defekt, Fleckwand, Schimmel, türen zur Terrasse nicht abschließbar, Duschbrauße defekt, Gartendusche defekt, küche ist komplett der Lack ab, nicht die richtige Anzahl an Handtücher vorhanden. Positiver Punkt: geräumige Villa, komfortables Schlafzimmer, ausreichende Kleiderschränke und Badezimmer. Sehr gutes Restaurant direkt in der Nähe. Auf der anderen Seite großer negativer Punkt: Gebau neben dem Haus steht ein Wasserturm der sehr gruselig wirkt, ist auf den Fotos immer gut „versteckt“. Nachbarn, beschweren sich sofort. Keine Musik, kein Grillen, kein Lärm. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Déception..

Service de l’agence à désirer : -peu d’information (vu sur des messages, raccrochés au nez) -pas de cheick d’entrée Arrivée à la maison, matériel cassés (placard, transat casser.) état de la villa : SALE. (Toile d’araignée, mur tacher..) Arrivée pour 14 personnes, pas le bon nombre de draps malgré une relance de la demande. Villa pour 14 personnes non adaptés : très peu de matériels (2 casseroles). Point positif : villa spacieuse, chambre confortable, armoires et salle de bain suffisantes. En revanche gros point négatifs : vu sur un Château d’Eau digne de la tour de la terreur qui est quand même bien « cacher sur les photos. », voisins non compréhensif, désagréable et insultant. Si on l’on ce pli aux voisinages c’est : pas de musiques, pas de barbecue (psk on va mettre le feu), pas de bruits. Très déçu de la communication que nous avons pu avoir avec l’agence qui nous a vraiment pris de haut et qui n’a pas pris la peine de venir nous rendre visite pour voir ce qui ce passe. Ne pas construire une maison à cette emplacement en location pour un si grand nombre de personnes si cela gêne les résidents. Voyage et vacances décevantes car nous avons fuis notre villa la plus part du temps.
