Great vacation

Spacious house, with amazing pool and sea view. Large living room close to pool area. Kitchen well equiped and functional. Excellent stay for our group of 8 friends.

Great stay - exactly as pictures

Amazing villa - gave exactly what it promised. Note that the villa is split in to two, upstrairs and downstairs have no internal connection but it works well and you still feel connected because of the large terrace above.

Glorious property

We stayed as a multi-generational group for one week and had the most fabulous time in this very comfortable home. Jewel of an infinity pool where we spent many happy hours and leisurely lunches and barbeques in the various seating areas. We loved it and highly recommend this villa.

Family holiday at Villa Florada

A fabulous 'hidden gem'. The villa was in a wonderful location with panoramic views. The infinity pool was 'the icing on the cake' , the entire family used and enjoyed it. We booked the Villa as a 50th wedding celebration and it ticked all the boxes

Off Season Getaway

We enjoyed our stay and the amazing views! We were comfortable in the house. Communication was good and any issues were quickly addressed. Kitchen could use better knives and cooking utensils as we enjoy being able to stay in to prepare meals. The patio areas were also in need of a good pressure washing. Overall an enjoyable few days!

Good property but 4pm check in is late

Good stay, communication with host abroad and locally could have been a bit better (didn't pick up the phone didn't try to accomodate us much with the arrival time). For the rest it's all like the description.

The pool area is beautiful, pool is well maintained. House manager, Roel, was very responsive-always answered calls or texts promptly. Very easy to work with.Kitchen is well equipped, plenty of pots and pans, great supply of silverware, dishes and glasses. The 1st floor living area was large and comfortable. The inside and outside dining areas were large enough to accommodate our large groupPool side umbrellas would have been nice to haveBedrooms are quite small(except for 1) and no AC in bedrooms. The floor fans helped to cool down the roomsEveryone enjoyed the pool area- we never got tired of the beautiful view

Relaxing vacation

Villa Florada is a beautiful and well-appointed property located in the hills between Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar. The sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea are intoxicating and make you not want to leave the property. The house allows for indoor/outdoor living with large sliding doors that open fully so you can sit in the house and feel like you are sitting poolside. The infinity pool was a great asset during the hot summer days. The kitchen is well-equipped and functional for preparing meals throughout the day. The house's geographical location allowed us to make several sightseeing day trips within a 1-1.5 hour drive, but we were always anxious to get back to our lovely vacation home. The owners were very attentive and made the rental process quite easy. I highly recommend this very special property and hope it can be part of your vacation to the Costa Brava.

Magnifique séjour en famille

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille. La maison est parfaite, très bien équipée, très propre et la vue sur la mer est magnigique. Un grand merci à Roel pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!!!

Une très belle vue mais...

L'accueil par le propriétaire était très chaleureux, il nous a indiquer les choses à faire aux alentours par rapport à notre groupe, nous a proposer un service de livraison de paella (que nous avons essayé et apprécié). La procédure d'accueil qui oblige à passer par l'agence uniquement pour payer la taxe de séjour pourrait être évitée (en les payant directement lors du checkin). La villa est agréable, la vue avec la piscine à débordement est magnifique. La piscine est très jolie de nuit également. Globalement la maison est bien équipée. L'espace pour manger ensemble est suffisamment spacieux et agréable. Il faut noter que les deux étages de la villa ne communiquent pas par l'intérieur et que le système de clef n'est pas pratique (il faut systématiquement une clef pour ouvrir les portes extérieures même si elles ne sont pas verrouillées ce qui est rapidement gênant en groupe). Il fait globalement très humides, difficile de sécher le ligne, les draps et les serviettes semblent toujours humides. Pour accéder à la villa compter 15 minutes de virages en voitures :( Dernier point, on nous demande dès notre arrivée de ne pas faire de bruit après 22h (ce qui est normal), il est juste dommage que cette consigne ne soit pas appliquée dans le voisinage (pas mal de bruit durant la nuit 1 jour sur 2 durant notre séjour). Nous avons passé une bonne semaine et apprécié la maison.

Séjour très agréable

Points positifs : Très chouette maison en bas avec vue extraordinaire grands espaces chouette cuisine assez bien équipée et grande terrasse avec piscine à débordement. Il y a une épicerie à 400m avec pain frais chaque jour. Roel nous à tres bien accueillis et était toujours à notre disposition. Les points plus négatifs : le haut de la maison n’est accessible que par l’extérieur ! Il n’y a que 2 chambres matrimoniales avec lits peu larges sinon beaucoup de lits superposés. Une des 3 salles de bain est minuscule et très mal ventilée avec mauvaises odeurs. Le prix de la location est excessif par rapport à nos autres expériences à la Costa brava.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour parmi nous et la vue. Je suis surpris de lire que vous ne saviez pas qu'il s'agissait de deux étages distincts. Ceci est clairement indiqué dans le texte de l'annonce. La plupart des clients considèrent cela comme un avantage. De cette façon, vous pouvez partir en vacances avec deux familles et avoir chacun son étage. Il y a aussi des photos de toutes les chambres et la disposition des lits est clairement indiquée. Il est dommage que quelque chose qui aurait pu être connu avant de réserver soit affiché comme quelque chose de négatif. Nous avons délibérément opté pour des parties communes plus spacieuses comme les pièces à vivre et donc des chambres plus petites. Les parties communes sont plus spacieuses que dans la plupart des maisons espagnoles. Nous entendons souvent dire que les clients trouvent cela très agréable.

Villa Florada

Wir haben eine Woche im Freundeskreis in der Villa Florada verbracht. Das Haus hat einen sehr schönen Pool mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Betreuung durch die Verwaltung war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. 1* Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt ist alles ausreichend vorhanden. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, teilweise für eine Belegung mit 14 P. allerdings zu eng. Wir empfehlen die Villa gerne weiter.

Kurz Urlaub mit Freunden

Gem in Lloret de Mar

My extended family had a great stay in this little gem just outside of Lloret de Mar. Overall the house is spacious, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed using the pool, BBQing and cooking at home. We went into Barcelona a few times (via the regional train from Blanes) but really we could have hung out in or near the house the entire trip and been quite happy. We were 3 families with between 2-3 kids each and we were able to fit 14 snuggly in all the rooms. My only regret is that I didn't look at the rooms in advance to organize who would go where. Some of the rooms have bunk beds only and while that is fine it did force us to rearrange the adults into areas we wouldn't have normally taken. I recommend planning out the sleeping arrangements to ensure that it fits your needs before you book. The common areas were better than I had imagined. We used the upstairs common areas for quiet time and just looking out at the beautiful view. By the way, the breathtaking view is one of the best features of Villa Florada. The common area downstairs with the larger table and couch was used for hanging together, playing games and having meals. It was very comfortable. In terms of the kitchen it has most everything you need, certainly in terms of plates, glasses, mugs, pots and pans. It's a little bit lacking in serving dishes so we improvised for our cake plate, appetizer and other serving platters. Also, the dishwasher doesn't work on the upper floor but most of the cooking was downstairs so it wasn't much of an issue. If you are planning on going into Barcelona I found it a bit too far for daily visits. However, popping into Tossa de Mar or Girona was very easy and there are lots of lovely things to see closer to the house. Pepi our local host, was very helpful and quick to respond. She even helped me sort out a helium tank for party balloons- which was definitely above and beyond. I felt very confident in her and found her easy going yet attentive as a host. Overall, our stay at Villa Florada was fantastic and a trip we will never forget!

Fin de semana familiar

Fuimos cuatro familias, con 5 niños, para pasar el finde juntos. Echamos a faltar camas de matrimonio pero el espacio para comer y la cocina super cómodos para ser 13. Las vistas espectaculares!!
