Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remember to place all used linens (not blankets) in the blue laundry bags and place them at the bottom of the stairs.
Please put all trash in a trash bag, take it outside and place in the bins. Trash collector will come at 7am on Monday to take the trash from the yard.
Please bring all recyclable items outside and place them in the appropriate bin. Recyclables should NOT be in a plastic bag. The recycling collectors will come into the yard to remove the recycling.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Maximum 8 guests. Your deposit will be retained if more than 8 people, pets, or smoking/vaping in or on the property. Ring doorbell on-site.
A copy of your driver's license will be required to be texted or emailed. No electric vehicle charging or cryptocurrency mining allowed.
No Parties/Gatherings! Violation of this rule results in termination without refund, minimum $4000 fine defined as 1+ unapproved guest at the property

Why they chose this property

During the summer there is no better location as it is across the street from Scarborough Beach. The rest of the seasons are magnificent as well with the ocean views and quite relaxing walks on the beach in the quaint town of Narragansett. This house is so close to the beach you can smell the ocean every time you step outside. The views are incredible from all decks and most windows. The house is designed for comfort and as a year round home with all the amenities one could want, including comfortable beds and furniture.

What makes this property unique

The best part about the house is the 3 levels. There are 2 living rooms, one on the 1st floor and one on the 3rd floor. If you are visiting with children, the two living rooms provide great opportunities for separate spaces while still being in close proximity.
