The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remember to place all used linens (not blankets) in the blue laundry bags and place them at the bottom of the stairs.
Please put all trash in a trash bag, take it outside and place in the bins.
Please bring all recyclable items outside and place them in the appropriate can. Recyclables should NOT be in a plastic bag. The recycling collectors will come into the yard to remove the recycling.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Maximum occupancy 8 guests. Your damage deposit will be retained if more than 8 people or pets are in or on the property. Ring doorbell present.
A copy of your driver's license will be required to be texted or emailed. No electric vehicle charging or cryptocurrency mining allowed.
No Parties/Gatherings! Violation of this rule results in termination without refund, minimum $4000 fine defined as 1+ unapproved guest at the property

Our family appreciated just about everything this vrbo host had ro offfer. However, given it was November we didn't swim in the ocean which is a quick walk to the State Beach. Maybe next tome.

Easiest place to relax

Another fabulous week near Scarborough! This was our family’s second summer staying here and it honestly feels like home. We had beautiful weather, and nice cool nights meant spending time on the upper balconies listening to the waves. Beach access is so easy here, even on 4th of July! Even rainy days are great with plenty dining space and room to play cards. We are very thankful for Doniell and Kathy’s communication and hospitality for the second year in a row.

Perfect Location by the Beach

The house was perfectly clean and easily slept three couples. The beach was magnificent and a very short walk away. The roof deck is second to none. We will be back!

Great Spot for a Girls Weekend

We loved the house. It had everything we needed. Even though the late April weather was not conducive for outdoor activities, it was awesome being so close to the beach. Proximity to restaurants and to Newport were also great.

We were pleasantly surprised with how clean the property was when we arrived! The proximity to the beach can’t be beat. Having young kids, this made the walks that much easier! The house was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Clean and well maintained

This was our fourth stay at 6 Greenbrier. The home is well maintained and always clean upon arrival. The location is just a short walk to Scarborough Beach. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Scarborough beach in veiw!

We needed a place last minute due to a funeral. We are a family of 8 with adult children. This was perfect! The house is well equipped with dishes, pots and other tools.

Perfect spot!

Our family has been coming to the Point Judith/Narragansett area for over 50 years. We always enjoy coming here and have stayed many places. This home was probably one of the nicest. The location is perfect (right across the road from Scarborough Beach). The home was spotless. Beds were super comfortable. It had a well-stocked kitchen. We loved sitting on the decks and hearing the sounds of the ocean. Neighbors were nice. No problems checking in or out. We just wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your home.

Access to the property was easy with combination door locks/codes and having been given instructions by the owner. The house and property were immaculate. Views of the ocean from each of the three floors-beautiful! It was also nice to be able to walk to the beach instead of driving. Would definitely request to stay again at this lovely property!

We were attending a wedding for the weekend, so the property provided us plenty of space to be together as a family, yet still offered privacy for everyone. The home was conveniently located to downtown Narragansett with the beach right across the street. Overall our stay was perfect.

Perfect RI Beach Getaway

The House was exactly as described in the description, the directions for the house were very thorough and easy to follow, and the host was very responsive and timely. Everything you could need was available, including a VERY well stocked kitchen. The whole house was very clean upon arrival, and the extra little things like the umbrella and beach chairs provided in the shed were very helpful when we forgot our umbrella. The amount of deck space was really great for spending time having coffee and looking at the view. Having the ocean literally right across the street was great! Really couldn't have been a better stay!

This was a great house for a long weekend of URI graduation activities. It's so close to the beach and assorted restaurants. The house was clean. We didn't need anything. I would definitely book this again.

Excellent ! House was very clean, well kept and had lots of amenities. Quiet and picturesque neighborhood. We were 6 adults in town for a wedding and there was plenty of space for everyone. Walking distance to the beach and close to everything else. Our host was a good communicator - very responsive and helpful; was kind enough to allow us an earlier check in so that we could drop off our luggage prior to a wedding rehearsal. Highly recommend.

Weekend Girls Trip

A short weekend getaway to the ocean. The location was perfect, the house was clean, spacious and comfortable! Wish we could have stayed longer. A wonderful spot in a very nice area with sounds of the ocean all around you!

Why they chose this property

During the summer there is no better location as it is across the street from Scarborough Beach. The rest of the seasons are magnificent as well with the ocean views and quite relaxing walks on the beach in the quaint town of Narragansett. This house is so close to the beach you can smell the ocean every time you step outside. The views are incredible from all decks and most windows. The house is designed for comfort and as a year round home with all the amenities one could want, including comfortable beds and furniture.

What makes this property unique

The best part about the house is the 3 levels. There are 2 living rooms, one on the 1st floor and one on the 3rd floor. If you are visiting with children, the two living rooms provide great opportunities for separate spaces while still being in close proximity.
