Tarrant St Cottage Arundel
Just moments away from the best shops, cafes and restaurants Laura Lye Holiday Lets are offering this pretty cottage which is ideal for visiting the market town of Arundel. There is wonderful sightseeing on the doorstep with Arundel Castle and Cathedral. There are many antique shops to be explored and for those who enjoy hiking there are magnificent country walks over the South Downs and along the beaches South Coast just a short drive away.
The front door opens directly into the large living room with two sofas, flat screen TV and open plan kitchen with table and seating for up to 4 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven and dishwasher but please note there is no washing machine at the cottage.
There is a spacious and comfortable bedroom and shower room on the lower ground floor and further sleeping capacity for one more guest (additional cost £25) on the 5 ft 8 ins sofa bed in the living room.
There is no private parking at the cottage but parking in most of the streets around are unrestricted and Swan Yard carpark is very nearby. No dogs are allowed.
The cottage is very well located for all the amenities in town, and is a wonderful addition to Laura Lye Holiday let portfolio of Arundel Cottages. Arundel is famous for its castle and cathedral but the town is busy year round because there are wonderful antique shops in town and places of interest to visit. The Arundel area is famous for walking in the South Downs and it is close to the sea. Throughout the summer guests flock to Goodwood which hosts some of the world’s most famous motor and horse racing festivals and Arundel is a favourite base for these events
