Great location

The studio was very clean and very well located. I had everything I needed. The place was well secured, which I appreciated. Light sewer odour present and the bed and mattress need to be replaced. I would recommend this studio, best for 1 person.

Good, but very bad bed

The bed is terrible, chairs on balcony should be better (nice to have 2 'lazy' chairs). The rest is OK. In general we had a good 4 weeks.

The location of this apartment was excellent, and the view from the balcony was superb. For location and outlook alone, I would definitely rate it 10/10.Unfortunately, the apartment was significantly let down by its dated and poorly maintained interior. The bathroom door did not close properly and had to be propped open using the toilet roll holder. The paint was flaking from all of the interior doors, and the doors concealing the kitchen appliances were difficult to close properly.There was also a persistent and, at times, overpowering smell of sewage coming from the sinks in both the kitchen and bathroom, which was extremely unpleasant.However, the greatest disappointment was the bed. It was a cheap, unstable iron bed that squeaked loudly whenever either of us moved, making it very difficult to sleep. The mattress itself was extremely uncomfortable, with only a duvet and sheet covering it, and was certainly one of the least comfortable beds I have ever slept in.The sleeping arrangements were made even worse by the provision of just one bolster pillow for two people. There was not even one pillow per guest, meaning that we effectively had to compete for the single pillow in an attempt to get comfortable.Overall, while the location and balcony view were excellent, the condition of the apartment, the unpleasant odours and, in parti

Pros:- superb location for both local stay as well as sightseeing (incl. Grenada, Gibraltar, Cordoba & Sevilla)- exceptional see view, access to promenade- fantastic balcony – great place to eatadmire the sea - great communication, clear & easy check-in - clean and well equipped apartment- very nice bathroom with great shower - very effective air conditioning (both cool & hot air)Cons:- both bed and sofa are not wide enough (bed 135cm wide, sofa 140cm wide) for comfortable sleep for 2 person (if someone is used to sleep on mattress 160cm+)- sofa mattress in very thin, suitable only for kids, bed mattress not very comfortable – you feel springs when lay down- only 2 duvets (both very wide) and 1 blanket - we brought air mattress (for 3rd person) but we had to buy an extra duvet in Ikea- apartment is quite small so when you use sofa for sleeping – bed and sofa cover half of the apartment

De accommodatie was goed, heel mooie ligging. Het inchecken verliep zeer vlot met Olga en Alvaro. Maar het comfort in het appartement liet te wensen over. Heel slecht bed, dan het zetelbed geprobeerd. Trokken het open, heel vuil en echt niet te beslapen. Keuken vettig, heb niet gekookt in de studio! Vuil en geen materiaal. Ook een constante riool geur. Heel jammer, zou een pracht van een studio kunnen zijn, vraagt wel wat aandacht. En vooral kuiswerk. De badkamer was zeer goed! Maar wat de handdoeken betreft, veel te weinig en versleten handdoeken. Zouden er zeker terug gaan moest het eens goed onder handen gepakt worden.

très bel emplacement, très bien situé. seul Bémol la literie qui faudra penser à changer, l odeur des égouts : faudra faire un petit effort sans oublier le manque d attention du propriétaire à nous trouver un technicien pour réparer la machine à laver, du coup on n a pas laver nos vêtements de toute la semaine. mais généralement c le lieu et la proximité qui te font tout oublier.

L’appartement est bien situé la vue est incroyable, mais l’odeur d’égout sanitaire gâchait le plaisir. De plus le lit est bon pour les vidanges. Ont sens les ressorts et il est très inconfortable. Nous avions loué l’appartement pour une semaine il n’y avait qu’un seul rouleau de papier de toilette. Les accessoire pour la cuisine sont spartiates et brisé ( ouvre bouteille). Lors de notre arrivée il a fallu faire un dépôt de sécurité ce qui était convenue mais la machine pour prendre le dépôt ne fonctionnait pas comme il faut et la dame a essayé 3 fois de passer le dépôt sans succès ce qui a bloqué ma carte et j’ai du faire un appel à master card U Canada pour débloquer ma carte.Mettons y’a eu ne reviendrai pas à cette appartement
