Enjoy the panoramic sea views from this top floor wonderful two bedroom apartment in a fantastic gated complex - Carihuela Park Palace - just steps from the old quarter and beach. Freshly decorated and with 2 pools, tennis courts, onsite restaurant/bar, children’s play area and market you’ll be tempted not to leave , but just steps away beckon La Carihuela’s famous old shopping street with a wonderful choice of shops and restaurants.The nearest "all you will need" supermarket is the brand new Carrifour just a few meters from the gates of the complex , but there are many local supermarkets within meters - make sure you find the fruit market ! Just a few steps more and you’re on La Carihuela’s 2.1 Kilometer beach where you can promenade on the Paseo, eat at one of Carihuela’s famous Chiringuitos or just bask in the sun. A further refresh of the apartment has just been undertaken (January2023 ) which includes the whole apartment repainted and new linens in both the master bedroom and front room and a change in the furniture which includes new and reconfigured .Please note all linens and towels are replaced as a matter of course at regular intervals so all should feel fresh and new ! Fiber optic internet is included for unlimited access to accommodate your teenagers! Windows on three sides afford fabulous views of the sea and mountains with a 180 degree view of the Mediterranean from the spacious balcony.

Best area lovely place!

Loved the apartment and area. Kids loved the pool and close proximity to the beach and everything.We will definitely return. Hopefully one time as just a couple to relax and enjoy it to the max as two crazy kids keep you on your toes.Pictures do not do it justice and the veiws were amazing.Do not hesitate to book.Thank Theresa!

Really enjoyed our stay . Apartment is lovely, beautifully decorated, spacious, homely and the view from the balcony is fabulous. We had a lovely week. A morning cuppa on the balcony was a lovely start to the day. I don’t think you’d find somewhere more ideally situated . It’s very quiet, yet only minutes from the shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful beach. Theresa was so helpful and accommodating to us and I’m very grateful. She answered any query I had and checked in to make sure all was well.

Stunning apartment

Absolutely loved the apartment. Beautiful inside , spacious and clean. Ideal location for both Torremolinos and benalmadena harbour. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent apartment

This was our second visit to this apartment. It was as lovely as last year, so convenient for restaurants and bars. It's in a lovely area with gardens and a pool. The apartment is very clean and well furnished.

Really lovely apartment. Had everything we needed.Great balcony with wonderful views, loved sitting on there having pre dinner drinks. Location just perfect , so near the beach and all the tapas bars. Theresa communicated promptly to all my questions/enquiries. Can't wait to return!

Modern apartment in a great location, fantastic view.

We were looking for a home from home for 3 weeks in November 2019 and we were not disappointed this is an excellent apartment really well equipped and well located. The view from the balcony is fabulous. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. A promenade lined with restaurants and shops allows easy walking to Benalmadena and Torremolinos. We hired a car and visited Malaga, Sevilla, Cordoba, Nerja, Frigliana, Marbella. Parking is a bit tricky but we always managed to find a place on the street near the apartment block. I enjoyed using the high speed wifi to stream video and watch Youtube during our visit. We would definitely choose this apartment next time we visit this area.

What a fabulous apartment!

We loved our week here. The apartment is so clean and light and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped- especially happy with the coffee machine! Very modern, stylish, simple and practically designed/layout. Best views from the balcony. How lovely watching the sun rise in the mornings over the sea. So relaxing. The pool and grounds are lovely (huge pool- still warm enough to swim in late October) and it’s a really friendly safe complex. Great area for eating, shopping, walking and of course beaches! Communication with both Theresa and Kate was excellent- felt very well looked after. I really hope we can return next year. Thanks so much!

Prima, alleen jammer dat de ontluchtingsklep aan de overkant bij het zwembad op het dak zo’n enorm lawaai maakt dag en nacht. Ook het ophalen van het vuil was zo lawaaierig dat je er wakker van werd. Verder hebben we het goed naar ons zin gehad. Appartement zelf was bijzonder goed. Alles was goed geregeld, er was geen nee te koop. Zeer schoon appartement, aardige dame met wie ik contact heb gehad. Mooi uitzicht ook. Al met al hebben we het erg naar ons zin gehad!

Great experience!

We spent 7 nights at this apartment and was a great find, very clean with a great view of the ocean. Location is perfect, very close to minimarkets, restaurants, 4 min walk to the beach. The only issue I found is that we rented a car and sometimes it was difficult finding parking on the street but there are some paying parkings close to the building.

Spacious, well equipped and spotless apartment with amazing sea views from a good sized balcony. Great wee bar and restaurant with sunloungers available for a fee at the pool. Excellent location with the beach, a large variety of restaurants, supermarkets and shops within a few minutes walk.Useful bus service between Málaga and towns along the coast, bus stop just behind the back gate. Train station accessible via a lift and short walk through Bateria Park behind apartments (green transport card can be purchased and topped up at a Tobacconist). Would definitely recommend. Perfect home from home.

We have the highest praise for this fantastic apartment. The location is excellent for proximity to the shops, restaurants and beach of La Carihuela. It is a 15 minute walk to Torremolinos where you can easily take a train to Malaga. The bus route is behind the accommodation too. The host is lovely and goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is hassle free. The air conditioning, facilities and room overall is great. Lovely Apartment near beach with Amazing Views

Apartment is light and bright with a beautiful sea view which is enjoyed from the balcony. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, services and groceries. Great WiFi! Owner is very nice and easy to work with. Had a wonderful stay and plan to return next year.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Wohnung. Sie ist sehr modern eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Von einer kleinen Ausstattung an Lebensmitteln (Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Essig + Öl, Gewürze), allen Haushaltsutensilien die man benötigt bis hin zu diversen Ladkabeln und Steckern ist alles vorhanden. Es gibt viel Stauraum in den Zimmern und vor allem im Bad! Die grandiose Aussicht vom Balkon und die Morgensonne haben wir jeden Tag genossen.

Fabulous apartment with wonderful views

From the moment I started to communicate with Theresa the owner I knew this would be a lovely place to stay as she was always spot on with her replies in such quick time. When we walked through the door the apartment was exactly as the description and photos only better we had a fantastic time in what is a fabulous apartment and a fabulous area with lots of bars ,restaurants , supermarkets and shops within easy walking distance. All in all a wonderful stay which we will 100% do again so if anyone is looking then this is a must to sty in.

Another fabulous week!

We had another great week at La Carihuela. The apartment was spotless. Appreciated the washing machine - handy for rinsing our swimming clothes through. The views on the balcony are amazing I watched many a sunrise and sunset. So relaxing! It was hot and sunny all week so we enjoyed walks, chilling and swimming at the pool and beach, shopping and eating out. Our favourite restaurants are Il Gusto, La Fragata de Tito, Los Leones and Dona Gabriella. But there are so many great places! Theresa and Home stay were excellent. Highly recommend! Thank you again for another perfect holiday.
