Great location

We so enjoyed being able to look out at the beach, listening to the sound of the waves and people watching down below. Many good restaurants close by. Good location to get the bus and visit other places. Juan was always helpful in all communications we had before and while staying at the apartment.

Fantastic Studio

The property once you open the door is a WOW. Bed very comfortable, air conditioning excellent. Loved the area and the ease of access via the lift to the beach. Roof top terrace great. We will be rebooking and have already recommended to several of my friends.

Superb Apartment

This studio apartment is an absolutely great place to stay, very well maintained, superb location, and very good AC, perfect for a couple. Everything you could need for a few nights or a few weeks is in the property….on a lighter note, the overall building it’s sell is an absolute made of elevators and corridors!!..we had a good laugh trying to remember our way around.

Beachfront Perfection

Exceptional property on the beach, exactly as shown in the photos. Spotlessly clean with a well appointed kitchen and a very comfortable bed. The view from the spacious balcony was fantastic with the sound of the waves rocking you to sleep at night. Very close to restaurants, bars and shopping in Carihuela and just a 10 minute walk to the Torremolinos town center and train station with connections to the airport and Malaga center. I would happily book this property again.

Fantastic

The apartment was perfect. Clean and bright. Also the balcony was perfect. Had the sun from 11am till 6.30pm. This was January so it’s was great. The location of the apartment is perfect and the lift down to the front is an added bonus All in all everything perfect Just a suggestion. A shopping trolley would be an added bonus for carrying large water containers

Great views

This apartment was ideally situate…great views of sea and beach. Very comfortable. Great mattress, pillows and shower. However, the noise from surrounding apartments was terrible…banging doors late at night…moving furniture at 3 AM…child in upper apartment raced around from 6 AM..it was difficult to get any sleep. Also, when in bed i could hear upper floor toilets flushing…which sounded like it was going through a pipe behind a very badly insulated wall…near my ears! Disgusting. None of this is Juan’s fault…but these apartments need some soundproofing

Great view, very clean and modern

We loved the view, the sun is at the balcony from noon to the evening (in January), you can observe the beautiful sunsets. The sound of the waves was also very nice. The landlord is very friendly and easy to contact. We spent our holidays for more than 10 years in Torremolinos, and this is by far the best place to stay due to its unique location on a rock that reaches into the sea.

Una maravilla

Todo ha resultado perfecto. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y muy limpio, con unas vistas preciosas. En ascensor se accede a la playa y paseo marítimo y está ubicado en el centro de Torremolinos. No continúo porque existe el riesgo que no lo encuentre libre en próximas ocasiones. Volvemos seguro

Para Juan y su apartamento solo tenemos buenas palabras... ha sido un maravilloso anfitrión, cuidando cada detalle y súper atento. El apartamento estaba impoluto y es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Destacar las vistas, que son increíbles. Apenas hay que andar para bajar a la playa y tiene todos los servicios necesarios muy cerca. La piscina comunitaria también nos gustó mucho. Muchísimas gracias Juan por hacer de nuestra estancia aún mejor, esperamos volver a verte pronto.

Estancia muy agradable

Moderno apartamento que no le falta detalle. Estancia muy agradable, situado a pie de playa, con restaurantes y comercios cercanos. Se disfruta también en la piscina de los apartamentos con cesped y bien cuidada. No dudaremos en volver.

Studio Santa Clara Torremolinas October/November 2019

We have had a great time. Property manager Juan was a great host and was altime available if we need him. Arranged a parking place for our car in the building what was very pleasant for us. Requested many times if we enjoy our stay and if we need any other service. We feel happy to had him as a host, thanks for that and everything more.

Apartment mit Meerblick

Sehr schönes, gut gepflegtes Apartment in toller Lage am Strand von Torremolinos. Juan ist ein idealer Gastgeber. Die Einrichtung ist sehr ansprechend und gepflegt. Das Bett ist bequem mit Blick auf das Meer. Idealer Parkplatz neben dem Apartment.

The photos where as we found the apt. Juan met us at reception, and showed us the way. the apt. had toilet rolls and cleaning materials sugar and tea bags electric roller blind and the bed was very comfortable really great place and if available would not hesitate to book again.
