This fantastic Villa is located in the municipality of Los Llanos de Aridane on the Island of La Palma with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Caldera de Taburiente.

It is a spacious two-storey villa with a magnificent solarium with shower, sun loungers and relaxation area with beautiful sunsets that covers the entire Aridane Valley and the volcanoes of San Juan and San Antonio.

Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, electric hob, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, water heater and refrigerator.

Two living rooms with a comfortable sofa, four armchairs and flat screen TV.

With two fully equipped bathrooms and dryers in both.

Two large rooms with two double beds one of them can be made individual, bedside tables, cupboards, chest of drawers and television; The third bedroom has a single bed with another spacious wardrobe, bedside table and a desk; The last one consists of another single bed, night table and a clothes rack. All rooms are exterior with views.

It has two large balconies one with views of the volcanoes and the second more intimate with views of the Caldera de Taburiente and the Atlantic Ocean.

Finally on the roof you will find a relaxing space with sunbeds, a large shower, tables, armchairs, senator, where you can enjoy the views.

We stayed at this property last year and couldn't wait to return this year, it's the cleanest most tastefully decorated with a view that takes your breath away. Love it.

Amazing welcoming host! She went over and beyond looking after us, showering us with wine, oranges and chocolate! House is exactly as photos show, beautifully decorated and very clean. Lots of spare towels, well equipped kitchen and the amazing rooftop deck! We stayed for a month and hired the regular cleaning lady Ana to come in once a week. What a treat! Ana is lovely and does a fabulous job. Location is perfect, short 15 min walk from Los Llanos town centre, 10 min drive from beautiful Tazacorte Beach and only 30 min from great hiking trails.

Ein schöne Woche in Los Llanos de Ariadne

Ein unglaublich großzügiges Ferienhaus im Stadtteil Tirana. Komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr gute Matratzen, schöne Bäder, sehr ausreichende Handtücher, 2 Balkone in Ost- und Westausrichtung und eine riesige Dachterrasse mit bequemen Liegen, Auflagen und einer großartigen Sicht. Dazu eine Garage im Haus. Winzige Nachteile: keine Spülmaschine und keine eigentlichen Geschirrtücher (dafür Frotteetücher in der Küche). Kleiner Tipp: Sehr hilfreich wäre ein Spiegel, um gefahrlos aus der Garage zu kommen, die Einsicht auf die Strasse ist aus der Garage nicht möglich. Fazit: Eine wunderbare, stadtnahe Unterkunft mit allem, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt.

Das Haus ist frisch renoviert, sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Randlage von Los LLanos. Für Wanderer ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, uns wurde alles gezeigt und wir hätten jederzeit die Möglichkeit gehabt, bei Störungen jemanden zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, wunderbar gepflegt. Das Haus bewohnt man alleine und ist somit ungestört. Das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse. Einfach genial. Wir haben jeden Morgen dort gefrühstückt. Abends war es zu kalt, halt Dezember. Wir haben nur die Hälfte des Hauses bewohnt, da wir nur zu Zweit waren, die anderen Zimmer waren in der Zeit geschlossen. Wenn man diese benutzen will, ist es bestimmt auch kein Problem, muss man vielleicht nur Bescheid sagen. Uns es hat so gereicht. Ganz toll für uns war, wir sind in 20 Minuten zu Fuß im Stadtkern gewesen. Auf dem Weg haben wir sogar einen Bio-Unverpackt Laden entdeckt -prima! Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Der Empfang erfolgte durch die Vermieterin persönlich und sehr herzlich. Die Übernahme war, genau wie die Übergabe bei der Rückreise, problemlos und einfach. Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung, war komplett neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Die Möbel waren neu, die Badezimmer modern und alles war sehr schön eingerichtet und dekoriert. Gleiches gilt für die Schlafzimmer. Ein Flachbildschirm im Wohnzimmer und einer im Hauptschlafzimmer (mit Satempfang für deutsches Programm) waren vorhanden. Wir haben nur das Hauptschlafzimmer genutzt und können sagen, dass das Bett zu den Besten gehört, in denen wir in vergleichbaren Häusern geschlafen haben (wie zu Hause). Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet (großer Kühl-/ Eisschrank, Backofen, Herd, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Mixstab, Toaster, Microwelle usw. ) Toilettenpapier, Handtücher , Reinigungsmittel, Spülmittel, Wäschständer /-klammern, selbst ein Fön war vorhanden. Gartenliegen mit Auflagen und Lounge-Sitzgruppe sowie Sonnenschirm auf der Dachterrasse, alles war da. Eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Außendusche bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf die Caldera und das Meer. Hier haben wir viel Zeit verbracht und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten können. Wlan gab es im ganzen Haus. Auch eine große Garage befindet sich im Objekt. Das Haus wurde wöchentlich nach Absprache gereinigt und liegt fußläufig (10 Min.) zur Innenstsadt Los Llanos und damit zentral für Ausflüge in alle Bereiche der Insel. Trotzdem liegt es sehr ruhig in einer Nebenstraße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar und Lidl) sind schnell erreichbar, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen und können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir danken für die Obstversorgung aus eigenem Anbau (Garten hinter dem Haus) und für die Flasche Wein zum Empfang. Perfekter geht es einfach nicht. Info- und Kartenmaterial waren auf deutsch vorhanden. Paula und ihr Mann waren einfach tolle Gastgeber! Für Fragen stand Yaniel per WhatsApp zur Verfügung, Die Kommunikation war bestens. Herzlichen Dank dafür!
