Spectacular view 'Das Casa LoRu' 190 m2 with heated outdoor pool

The Casa LoRu is located on the edge of the 'Caldera de Taburiente' above the town of Los Llanos with direct views of the sea and the beach of Tazacorte. (about 8-10 minutes drive from the beach). The house has upstairs a spacious living-dining area with terrace (sea view), and an open fully equipped modern kitchen with stove, oven, Delonghi coffee machine and dishwasher. A stereo B & O, plasma TV and Wi-Fi are of course. Air conditioning and fireplace and other amenities.
In the basement there are 3 bedrooms, as well as 3 bathrooms (but we only want to rent to 4 people and children should the 12. Have reached the age of one), a bedroom with 'bath en suite', stereo / plasma TV. All rooms have direct access to a large terrace with separate 'lounge area'.

On another terrace downstairs is the 8x2.5m swimming pool, which is heated to 29 degrees all year round and can be lit with outdoor shower and direct views of the 'Barranca', banana plantations and the sea.

On all terraces there are plenty of seating and lounging possibilities, a large Weber grill for the Barbacoa is available, as well as bed linen, bathrobes, hand-held shower and beach towels with a bath bag.

From the pool area a staircase leads to a romantic little garden with fresh herbs, banana, franchipani, mango, lemon trees ....

The location of the house impresses with its natural as well as near the city - the Plaza of Los Llanos (where you sit under huge bay trees) and enjoy the hustle and bustle in its numerous bars, restaurants and boutiques.
