The apartment is right by the sand at Playa de San Juan, the nicest one in Alicante. Almost all-white inside it’s clean, modern and practical, with two double bedroom, and 2 additional sofa beds independent kitchen, dining room, launch and a terrace. Virtually all the apartment overlooks the sea
This accommodation is a good all-rounder for families or two couples and it's fully equipped to a high standard including washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, high quality mattresses, etc
The apartment is also part of a residential development that includes swimming pool, paddle tennis, tennis and and a kids playground

Appartement éclairé et bruyant

Bonjour, appartement très bien éclairé avec une belle vue. Toutefois bruyant et vibrant notamment la nuit par le passage de tramway et la fermeture et ouverture des nombreux volets roulants très bruyants et certains ne fonctionnent pas même avec le suivi les conseils de l’agente. Le parre terre pas propre et nos pieds sont devenus noir en qq minutes. Le parre avant fixe de la douche italienne ne permet pas une douche à l’aise, l’eau sort. La piscine impraticable parce que non rattaché a l’immeuble Et se trouve dans une autre résidence à proximité mais aussi jamais vu piscine sans transat; les gens se couche sur le sol. Je remercie l’agente qui nous accueilli.

The property is unique in this area. very close to the sea, really well oriented and very cool in the summer, only fans are required (no air conditioner)

What makes this property unique

The apparent is part of a bigger development but seats outside of it (2m walk) which means it's very quiet and independent. I has the swimming pool on the back, one of the best paella restaurants on the main streets and in front, the sea and an amazing beach bar. you can spend a week in an 150m radius with all you could ask for!
