Varkotopi Villa 2 is a unique earth-sheltered retreat offering breathtaking, uninterrupted sea views, just 250 meters from the beach in Agios Pavlos, on the south coast of Rethymno.
Designed to blend harmoniously with the natural landscape and following bioclimatic principles, the villa combines distinctive architecture with modern comfort and nearly zero energy consumption. It features a private swimming pool (2.5 x 4 m) and beautiful outdoor areas overlooking the sea.
Set entirely on one level, the villa includes a bedroom with two single beds placed together, a comfortable living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a modern bathroom. It is fully air-conditioned and offers satellite TV and WiFi throughout.
Agios Pavlos is renowned for its unspoiled natural beauty, crystal-clear waters and spectacular sunsets. The beautiful main sandy beach is organized, while several more secluded beaches can be discovered nearby.
Varkotopi Villa 2 is part of Varkotopi Villas, a small complex of 7 independent properties. Multiple villas can be booked together, making the complex an excellent choice for larger families and groups wishing to stay close to each other while enjoying the privacy of their own accommodation.
