Wake up to brewing coffee and spectacular views in this Guest Suite located at the most unique property in Paradise Valley. Relax in plush, cozy robes as you plan your adventures for the day. A hike to a nearby waterfall? Fly fishing on the Yellowstone River? A casual bike ride? A drive down to Yellowstone National Park? This luxurious space with a private entrance is located on 20 acres at the foot of majestic Montana peaks.

During winter months, this idyllic space if the perfect base camp for such adventures as cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and even dog-sledding! A relaxing soak at Chico Hot Springs is only 10 minutes away! We offer a well-equipped kitchen, but you also can enjoy gourmet dining both at Chico and Sage Lodge. Top off the evening with a pleasant fire in our cozy wood stove.

Exactly as advertised and more. Every detail was thought of before we arrived. The space was comfortable and the decor so loving curated. The mountain views, nearby horses grazing and ocassional visits by deer only enhanced our stay. Pete and Derilynn were welcoming and available but not intrusive. The welcome info and special goodies we so thoughtful. We would not hesitate to book again or recommend the Romantic Retreat for Two to friends.

It was a very nice place. Didn't realize that it was on the second floor but that was ok. Pete and his wife added a lot of little touches that made the place feel like home. They were very accommodating to any requests we had. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Very Relaxing Stay

What an amazing apartment! Such thoughtful details, postcard views out of all the windows and a cozy fire in the evenings. It was a perfect retreat. Just being out on the property with its endless vistas surrounded by white capped mountains and the sounds of whistling winds and bird song was nourishing. Watching the sky and its ever changing weather pattern was also a treat. I didn’t meet the owners in person but Pete was so prompt and helpful with all his communications and offered great suggestions for my stay. The short drive to Yellowstone was an added plus and i had a spectacular day of wildlife spotting. I would definitely stay here again and am grateful for the positive experience. Thanks so much!

Paradise Valley

We booked this trip in hope of staying in a central location to all of the amazing scenery! It was absolutely perfect! The location was perfect for multiple trips to Yellowstone NP as well as other amazing adventures! The hosts were absolutely amazing with great recommendations and outstanding hospitality!

Luxury Montana Experience

Perfect Getaway

We came here for our 20-year wedding anniversary. It was the perfect getaway. The hosts were very attentive and and thought about everything. We did not need for anything during our stay. Very private.

Beautiful Mountain Getaway

This was one of my favorite VRBO stays! The apartment was very nice and very comfortable. The hosts are so kind and they seemed to think of everything we may need. I will write this one down and hopefully return soon!!

Perfect

Perfect place to stay while here exploring Yellowstone . The place is great and the host are extremely nice and helpful. Pete recommended several great trails that we would not have known about . His knowledge of the area was a big plus . Definitely staying here again when we return .

Such a beauty!

This location provided everything we ever needed and more! This was the perfect place for sightseeing and had all the comforts of home. The owners were so thoughtful and provided a perfectly decorated and well equipped place for us to return to after our adventures. We will be back!

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary in MT. Paradise Valley is beautiful. Pete and Derilynn were wonderful hosts who went out their way to help us celebrate. The retreat was perfect. Clean, cozy and amazing views from every window. Trails, fine dining, hot springs and many other attractions are all very close. We will be back!

Beautiful place, no amenity spared! Comfortable bed & comfortable chairs, well equipped kitchen, lots of space, nice grilling space, unbelievable views! Watched mama mule deer & her twins grazing in front yard while we had coffee this morning!! Hosts are very welcoming, friendly & helpful!! We will come again!

The owners are amazing. ANYTHING YOU COULD NEED IS THERE . The house is surrounded by mountains. Every window has a mountain veiw. 30 min from the entrsnce to yellowstone park . We had the best time here.....so quiet and peacful. Paradise Valley is a must stay. We did not want to leave.

My favorite VRBO stay ever!

This retreat was absolutely lovely! The location is adjacent to so many great spots in the Paradise Valley area of Montana. We enjoyed Pray, Livingston, Yellowstone, etc during our 3 night stay. The retreat itself is immaculate and charming. We loved the deer in the yard throughout our stay and the extra little touches like the wood burning stove and firewood right next to it. Our hosts also left a sweet welcome gift for us and the info book on the table had all menus and maps/info for the surrounding attractions. Five star stay in my book! We would love to return here soon.

This romantic retreat is the perfect getaway! Our hosts, Peter & Derilynn were very helpful, communicative, and so welcoming! A great location in Paradise Valley (Livingston) area, country setting, but close to everything from YNP, Pray, Livingston & the Bozeman airport. The retreat is beautifully appointed and they have thought of everything you may need, plus all the extras! The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and a gas grill available for your convenience. It is so perfect & comfortable to come back to after a day out! Looking forward to booking again for next year! MT won our hearts!

Beautiful stay in paradise ..

Well, each property is absolutely amazing . Beautiful mountain views, comfy bed and such detail to the retreat for 2 apartment. If the mountains aren’t enough to look out go outside at night and look at the stars .. God’s beauty all around . Pinky and Pete are the best …. We absolutely love visiting every year . Outstanding all around

We could not have been more satisfied with our stay in the Romantic Retreat for Two! Peter and Derilynn have designed such a peaceful, cozy space. It was relaxing from the moment we walked in with calming music and a heavenly smell and even a special treat. Everything, and more, that we needed was available. They even provided bear spray to carry with us as we toured Yellowstone. The bathroom had plenty all the basic toiletries you could need and the softest towels I've ever used. The hosts communicated well from the time of booking, through check-in, and throughout our stay. They have an adorable family of foxes living nearby that were so fun to watch play. It was a genuine Montana experience and we will most certainly return for a stay at their property again someday. Thank you, Pete and Derilynn, for sharing your slice of Paradise Valley and giving us wonderful memories to keep with us always.
