Perfectly situated for the town and harbour, but down a side street, so lovely and quiet of an evening. Hilda's check in instructions and where to park were spot on and any questions I had were answered very quickly. The whole place was very clean and the beds were very comfy! All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, welcoming, and very comfortable. There are great views from every floor! The location is excellent for exploring Whitby. It's easily walkable to the train station, waterfront, West Cliff, Whitby Museum, and Abbey, as well as many lovely cafes and shops. In the evenings, the neighborhood was quiet, even when there were lots of people in town for a bank holiday weekend. Hilda was an excellent host - communicative, helpful, and understanding. We couldn't have had a better experience!

Great host, with excellent communication.Location is perfect, central to West Cliff, Harbour & shops.Comfortable rooms providing perfect accommodation for adults, kids and dogs.Kitchen could do with a make over but it was adequate for our needs.I would definitely book again.

Location was perfect . The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed . The bedrooms and bathroom were particularly large so we had lots of space and lots of cupboard space too. Loved the free standing bath !
