Can't fault this lovely cottage. Pauline and Bob are lovely, the alpacas a delight, and such an easy run into Whitby. A super weekend stay, we've booked again. Thank you guys.

Pauline and Bob are fantastic hosts. The Grain cottage was immaculate throughout. Every amenity covered Very quiet and relaxing place to stay, with beautiful surroundings. The locality of cottage to the surroundings is very handy. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location for exploring Whitby and surrounding area.Very clean and warm accommodation ( I hate to be cold ).Many thanks for eggs and milk left for us.Bedding very clean and fresh and beds comfortable.Nice available hot water.Very well equipped with everything you need would need and more.Great car parking space.Best of all enclosed garden for our lovely Labrador.Observed hosts around if needed ( we didn’t).Nothing to dislike.

Lovely property, exactly what we needed. Was full of all the extra touches that the owner had supplied like 6 eggs/pint of milk/ dishwasher tablets/ hand soaps etc. Bedding smelt lovely and fresh. Will definitely be back if in the area again. 5 star property. Highly recommend

Lovely relaxing stay at this beautifully maintained, clean and comfortable cottage. Pauline and her husband are friendly and welcoming hosts which made us feel right at home. The cottage is in a peaceful rural location yet there are plenty of amenities within a short distance and there is a park and ride very close by to take you into Whitby. Our family enjoyed sunny evenings in the lovely garden with shade from the trees and the children were kept amused by the friendly animals. We will definitely return.
