*Cookware & Utensils: Pots, pans, knives, spatulas, tongs, cutting boards, steak knives, wine opener, etc.

Clean up after your dog—waste must be bagged & placed in the outdoor garbage shed.
No pet waste on concrete porch or wooden deck
Dogs may not be left unattended at the cabin
Dogs must remain leashed in the Ponderosa community
Ring doorbell supports compliance with guest & pet rules

Exceeding the 4-person limit without prior approval will result in immediate cancellation without refund

We do recommend a 4W or AWD vehicle in the winter months. The county does keep the roads plowed, and we also hire a plow company to service our driveway as well.

*In-House Damage Waiver - A $39 per-visit charge is included in your reservation and covers up to $300 in accidental damages that may occur during your visit. This fee covers the following:
