Awsome Villa with large Private Pool, Garden & Terrace + Wifi & Bikes

Happy Holiday Villa is located at only 2 minutes' drive from the sea.

Surrounded by LEMON-tree fields and ORANGE trees filling the air with their fragrance, this bright Villa is on two levels with spacious verandas all around. There is also a terrace with views and a beautiful garden with swimming pool and large solarium.

The ground floor comprises a kitchen equipped with everything needed for self-catering with an adjacent utility room equipped with washing machine, sink and closet. Comfortable living room and sitting-room with fireplace belonging to the latest generation. Numerous framed doors and windows make the rooms very bright and charming.

The floor on the second level is comprised of 3 bedrooms, one of them with en suite bathroom, 1 bedroom for kids with two bunk beds (suitable for adults too). All rooms have a separate, independent way out to the balconies and verandas from which you can reach a staircase leading onto the terrace.

Nearby there is a Village called Cassibile where you can find lots of supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, shops but also banks and cash-machines. You will definitely love our local food and wine !

excellent villa and outstanding host

Marcello was an excellent host and stayed in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed including recommended restaurants to visit. Marcello was there to greet us when we arrived and also made sure we had the essentials in the fridge for us to get by. The villa and the pool were fantastic and very private. we decided to not hire a car on this holiday and made use of public transport and walking which was a little challenging in the hot weather but that was our fault . Cassibile was not too far away and had some lovely shops and restaurants or bus stops taking you directly to Syracuse which was amazing. Fontaine bianche was a little further away but a nice stroll in the early evening for a swim in the sea. The villa was very clean, maybe a little dated but added to the overall charm of the property. a very nice relaxing stay.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på 9 dagar i underbara Marcellos hus. Huset är otroligt fint, om än något äldre, och välvårdat med en helt magisk pool! Huset ligger fint till i ett lugnt villaområde med en citronlund mittemot, det går att gå till matbutik, restauranger och strand men det är ca 10-15 min promenad mestadels på bilväg utan belysning så det upplevdes lite läskigt för barnen. När vi anlände mitt i natten mötte Marcello och hans partner oss och hade med sig hemgjord pizza och hade fyllt kylskåpet med läsk och vatten - så otroligt tacksamt! Och så fort vi hade några frågor eller önskemål så var Marcello direkt där och bemötte dem på bästa sätt. Han åkte till och med och handlade till oss när han insåg att vi var utan bil i början, en bättre värd kan man inte få!

Wunderschöner dank toller Unterkunft!

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön! Die Gastgeber Marcello und Elisa waren sehr aufmerksam und immer zur Stelle,wenn es etwas zu regeln gab! Der Pool ist ein Traum und für jeden ist ein sonniges oder schattiges Plätzchen zum Entspannen zu finden. Für gemeinsame Essen mit der erwachsenen Familie bot sowohl die Küche als auch die vielen schönen Sitzbereiche alle Möglichkeiten. Und dann gab es noch die herausragende Dachterrasse, auf der wir Geburtstag gefeiert haben! Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer herausragenden Location.

Wonderful stay

We were two families with a total of 5 kids and had a great holiday in Marcello’s villa. We were right not to trust the very colourful photos on the homepage! Marcello is a great host, always available when you need him. From us, it’s 9 thumbs up!!! Anytime again with pleasure.

A lovely villa with a friendly owner

The villa is lovely and if anything the pictures don’t do it justice. The pool is especially good as it’s large, in a nice garden and has a jacuzzi in one corner. Marcelo and Elisa went out of their way to welcome us and even bought us pizzas because our flight was delayed causing late arrival. They couldn’t have done more to help.

Heerlijke familievakantie in de villa gehad. De eigenaar Marcello was zeer service en klantgericht. Zwembad werd wekelijks schoongemaakt en wanneer er wat mankeerde aan de villa kwam hij meteen om het op te lossen. De villa was echt Italiaans en sfeervol!

La casa è stupenda, grandissima, accogliente e per niente dispersiva, per questo adatta sia a una sola famiglia, che a una grande comitiva. Panoramica e rilassante grazie alla sua posizione tra le palme e gli agrumeti siracusani. Il giardino è perfetto per un pomeriggio di giochi o di relax sulle amache. Provvista di ogni confort e ampio spazio all'ombra anche per una o più macchine. Non troppo distante dalla spiaggia ma fuori dal caos litoraneo. Ottima posizione anche per quanto riguarda la vicinanza a supermercati, macellerie, pescherie, pizzerie e quant'altro. Praticamente a due passi da Cassibile. Grande anche l'accoglienza e disponibilità da parte dei proprietari. Un ringraziamento, contando di rivederci prossimamente, Famiglia Bruno.

Incantevole villa Happy Holiday

Salve, mi chiamo Dario e quest'anno io ed altre sette persone abbiamo trascorso la nostra vacanza in questa incantevole villa.Inizio col dire che i proprietari sono persone squisite e non capita tutti i giorni di trovare persone che al primo impatto ti diano la piena disponibilità e fiducia.Per quanto riguarda l'immobile era pulitissimo e in ottimo stato,ogni camera era fornita di climatizzatore e una splendida vista sull'innumerevole giardino.Per non parlare delle comodità dei tre bagni (di cui uno in camera) ed una doccia all'esterno che ti dava la possibilità di non sporcare all'interno.Vi consiglio di andarci perchè oltre all'mmobile ci sono tante spiagge e posti belli da visitare tipo Noto e Siracusa.
