Beautiful villa, hosts were fantastic. A perfectly relaxing week which was much needed! The pool and gardens are well maintained and you can see that the hosts take pride in their beautiful property. Thank you for letting us stay!

Beautiful Syracuse

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Villa Flavia. Our hosts were warm and welcoming and did everything they could do to make our stay an enjoyable one. The Villa itself was spotlessly clean and felt as if it were brand new. The garden area and large pool are very relaxing and the bonus of a short stroll to the tranquil sandy beach (with a cafe on the beach). We would love to come again

Splendid Holiday apartment

This apartment in Torbole is a catch. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, the apartment is fine and the hosts Sebastiano and Flavia are very kind, forthcoming and generous. Spledid hosts.

We absolutely loved Villa Flavia. The property is new and very well kept, the modern design is beautiful and practical. The best feature is the pool, our son loved it and we all enjoyed chilling in it during the hottest hours of the day. There is a great beach in walking distance, as well as shops and restaurants. The host were lovely and helpful, always asking if we needed anything and giving us tips on where to go. Coludn't be happier with our stay. Thank you Flavia and Sebastiano for a memorable vacation!

What an amazing villa. So peaceful and beautifully appointed. It has every single you can think of. The hosts are so accommodating without being intrusive and even bought us breakfast pastries one morning which were delicious. If you want a perfect place to stay go no further. You do need a car to get out and about as the village is very poor with limited choice for food and nothing great. However, a short drive away is the historic gem of Noto and beautiful Ortigia both essential visits.

Villa Flavia is a beautiful property with wonderful hosts. The interior of the Villa is modern asthetic with all amenities necessary!!! Walk to the beach or enjoy the beautiful pool amidst the lemon trees. It is "under the Sicilian Sun". Thank you Flavia e Sebastiano. It is now our home away from home. Stay here, you will want to return. Private and upscale.

Amazing would visit again

Our original VRBO rental was a nightmare, we left after one night and had to find another place on short notice. Lucky for us this property was free. The hosts were so welcoming, cleaned the pool and property everyday. The house was spotless and they even have another property separated by a gate if you have a larger group that is just as beautiful! They answered questions, recommended restaurants, brought us local cookies and dessert wine one night. Just so thoughtful and kind.

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt in einem super modernen und sauberen Haus. Die Gastgeber wohnen mit in einem abgetrennten und auf der anderen Seite gelegenen Teilbereich des Hauses, waren aber sehr zurückhaltend und diskret und tagsüber kaum anwesend. Am Sonntag gab es sogar gratis Gebäck zum Frühstück.Von daher ist es kein Problem dieses wunderschöne Grundstück in Ruhe und allein zu nutzen. Der Pool ist auf jeden Fall nur für die Gäste da und wird jeden frühen Morgen von den Gastgeber gereinigt.Es ist alles sehr sauber, es gibt genug Materialien und Utensilien in der Küche. Genügend Handtücher und Strandtücher sind vorhanden. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine.Die Aussenküche ist auch sehr schön, mit einem E-Grill mit einer Edelstahlplatte.

An oasis in southeastern sicily

We were the first guest of this this newly constructed villa in the beach town of Fontane Bianche. Flavia and Sebastiano are the perfect hosts. They helped us out with reservation for dinner, beach clubs and tennis. They know everything about the eastern coast of Sicily and this a great base to see this part of the island. The house is brand new and appointed with everything one needs for a great holiday. The outdoor space is a huge asset. My three teenagers were able to find space for themselves on the lovely grounds. Would love to stay here again.
