All the comforts of a main residence: free wifi connection washing machine, dishwasher, quality TV.Terrasse equipped with awning table and chairs in a very well maintained residence.
Due to its location we can not use a personal vehicle, because all services are within walking distance in just minutes and there are also beautiful bike paths a train station and many buses that serve all the cities in the region: Taragone Réus whose international airport is only 7 km
The apartment is air conditioned and completely renovated in early 2016, it benefits from all the equipment of a main residence.(quality bedding stainless steel cookware complete dishwasher ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and for shopping a "zipper" beach chairs and 2 umbrellas anti UV are available to holidaymakers
Ideal for a great family holiday away from the tourist area, it is also a paradise for retirees because the apartment is also very nice in winter (shops open all year) .Children welcome, animals not allowed, non smoking rental.

Yhteydenpito asunnon omistajan kanssa oli sujuvaa, vastaukset viesteihin tulivat nopeasti. Asunto vastasi hyvin kuvausta. Tilava ja valoisa huoneisto kahdeksannessa kerroksessa (hissi on), hieno merinäköala. Myös kauempana olevat vuoret näkyvät lähellä olevien talojen takaa. Hyvät varusteet peruselämiseen. Arvostimme sitä, että vaikka sijainti oli keskeinen lähellä kauppoja (talon alakerrsssa myös kioski) , keskustan palveluja ja rantoja, alue oli rauhallinen. Iltaisin rannan suihkulähteiden esityksistä kantautui säännöllisin väliajoin musiikkia lyhyen aikaa. Katettu autopaikka lukitulla sisäpihalla iso plussa. Mukava ja helppo kohde myös lapsiperheille!

Très agréable

Appartement très bien situé, très propre et très bien équipé . Une propriétaire charmante, très à l'écoute, et une gardienne d'immeuble également très gentille. Tout est fait pour nous simplifier la vie, on peut profiter des vacances sans souci d'intendance. Un grand merci. Quand nous reviendrons à Salou ce sera sûrement dans cet appartement.

Muy buena ubicación en segunda línea de playa pero con vista directa dada la altura y que no existen edificios grandes delante. Muy bien equipado, con mobiliario moderno y funcional, electrodomésticos y loza nuevos. Dispone de una plaza de garaje espaciosa. Excelente comunicación con la propietaria Anne, de trato amable y muy bueno. Apartamento grande, espacioso, soleado y con buenas vistas. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos, recomiendo este apartamento.

Tout est parfait avec cette location : - les propriétaires attentifs, disponibles, arrangeants, ne changez pas, - l'appartement, grand, calme, parfaitement équipé, une terrasse sur laquelle on se sent bien, traversant il est ventilé naturellement (nous n'avons jamais utilisé la climatisation, c'est dire), parfaitement situé dans une résidence calme et sûre, la plage est à 2 minutes. Toute la famille recommande !

Perfect apartment in a very good location!

The location of the apartment is perfect: close to the beach but far enough from the noisy, crowded places. As it is described, it is completely refurbished, so we felt that we are in the brand new apartment. The apartment is very well equipped, you have everything what you need for a perfect holiday. The communication with Anne was easy and clear. All in all, I highly recommend this apartment. When we will visit Salou next time, it will be not a question to choose this apartment again.

Beautifull sea view,beach is very near (five minuts in feet). Sea water is hot .all in the flat is new.very good beds .2 bathroom and 2 wc.price very interesting during winter very pleasant season with sun .
