We loved our 10 days in this beautiful villa. The views were amazing, so close to the sea. The villa was comfortable for 2 adults and had all of the amenities we needed. It was a five minute walk to the closest small grocery store. We visited at the end of October and were surprised to see that the restaurants close by had closed for the season. Jose Maria was great to work with. Excellent communication and checkin/checkout emails and videos.

Wonderful family vacation

Awesome location

House on a cliff exceeded our expectations. Jose was very attentive and easy to ge a hold of. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to use. The area is very nice, close to everything with a basically private beach and walking trails right out the back door. The views were amazing. We would definitely return!

Perfect!

Perfect apartment and especially the place. The view is amazing and even better than on picture. Very good beach just 3 minutes walk, not so overcrowded like in Salou. Apartment is very well situated that even during hot sunny days you don't need the air conditioner. Well equipped kitchen and good bathroom. Very good communication with the Owner, he helped us in some situations and his attention and support was so valuable. We really enjoyed this time and hope to return again.

Beautiful view and excellent location

One of the most beautiful views of any property where we spent our vacations. Beach is very close and never really crowded (in June). Water would warm up (and cool) very quickly because this is a relatively small cove. Communication was very good. Only concern is that property offered a very bare minimum of necessary items: only one towel/person, no sugar, oil, shampoo, matches, etc. - things we have kind of come to expect in a vacation rental. Of course, ti was fairly easy to find these products at the store close by and manage very well.

Location, location, location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house in such a peaceful location after a busy few days in Barcelona. The house is just as it appears in the pictures and the owner is super friendly and welcoming. Parking is freely available within the small gated complex which is well maintained. The pool area is simple and nice, never busy. The best part of this house is the location. The view is stunning at all times of day and you can swim and snorkel off the rocks within 10m of the house or the beach within 30m. The area is quiet with only a few small bars. We used the beach bar but were mostly happy to stock up at the large Esclat 10mins away and make the most of the BBQ and stunning terrace. There is also a local supermarket about 400m from the property which has all the basics. Despite the information the house does have air conditioning however I get the impression it has been abused by folk in the past and therefore a limit is set in terms of electricity usage before additional charges are applied. These additional charges are very low however. We used all the appliances daily, did a fair bit of cooking and used the air conditioning in moderation and were not charged anything extra. Don't let this out put you off. I think it's helpful to know there is the option of AC. There is a meter which lets you monitor use. Cleaning carries an additional charge of €50. You can do it yourself if you wish instead (I did). It's not a big house to clean however I realise this is not for everyone. It is a holiday. The property is well located for visiting Portaventura (approx 10-15 mins). The only reason I'm not giving the property 5 * is that it lacked a few basic things. I have let the owner know and he is keen to fix this for future guests ( nothing major BBQ tools, tea towels and the like) and I also would have preferred being able to play for the property by bank transfer or online. I would highly recommend a stay here. It really is a super house in an idyllic spot.

I am delighted to have hosted a family like you on my property, and have enjoyed so much of your vacation for me always makes me very happy. Thank you for taking care of the house so much and leaving everything so well. I thank you very much for being a person so correct and pleasant and to inform me of the lack of some kitchen equipment such as wine glasses that are broken, only two were left and the barbecue tongs, I want to inform you that they have already been replaced the same day Of your departure, it is very important for me that everything is correct so that the guests enjoy the maximum comforts in my property. To tell you that in this property I have guests who like it so much that they repeat every year, if ever again want to return, we will be delighted to see you again. I do not know if I mention it, but for the year that is well planned there will be renovations and will make the whole house inside new, will expand a room more and a large bathroom, you will see the reform in the photos for the year 2018 .

Das Haus ist sehr schön, neu eingerichtet und sauber. Die Aussicht von der Terasse ist wunderschön und man hat dort den ganzen Tag Sonne. Ende Oktober hatten wir traumhaftes Wetter. An einem Tag waren die Wellen sehr hoch aber meistens ist das Wasser eher ruhig und auch für kleine Kinder geeignet. Der Strand ist sandig und es geht sehr seicht ins Wasser. Der Strand ist über einen schmalen Weg in einer Minute erreichbar. Es gibt aber auch noch weitere schöne Strände in der Umgebung. Carrefour und Mercadona gibt es ca 20 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Daneben gibt es ein kleines Restaurant, das wir aber nicht ausprobiert haben. Der Pool ist schön und wird gepflegt. Das Internet läuft. Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr schön und ruhig. Wir können diese Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Très beau séjour, vue à couper le souffleTrès agréable également d’avoir la plage à pieds sous la maison (très belle plage avec sable fin et paillote)A noter qu’il faut se garer un peu loin de la maison, nombreuses marches à descendre pour atteindre la maison, décharger les valises et les courses demandent un peu de sport ! Mais lorsque on est bonne santé , aucun problème ! Le petit bémol : manque de nombres usés choses en vaisselles (pas de bols, pas de tasses à café, 1 seul saladier,…. ), et pause cafetière e dosettes.Cela etant’ location que nous recommandons !

la maison est trop humide en cette saison. il n'y a pas de documentation pour les appareils notamment pour l'utilisation de la climatisation. nous avons utilisé un petit appareil d'appoint. nous n'avons eu que deux serviettes pour le séjour sachant que la maison est humide donc difficile d'avoir des serviettes sèches entre deux douche. la literie est déplorable. le point fort de cette habitation c'est la terrasse et la vue.

Un séjour exceptionnel!

Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable dans la maison de José Maria et Cristian. Un petit bijou en bord de mer bercé par le bruit des vagues et loin du tumulte de Salou. Une vue incroyable sur la mer et un accès privilégié à la Cala Crancs (1 min à pied) sont les atouts indéniables de cette maison. L’accueil a été impeccable et José Maria a été très réactif à toutes nos demandes. Les photos de l’annonce sont fidèles à la réalité. Nous recommandons à 200%!

Quelle vue !

Le séjour a été très reposant. Nous avons pu profiter de la vue exceptionnelle (vous avez l'impression d'être sur mer grace aux rambardes vitrées). La plage est à juste à coté mais la distance permet d'éviter le bruit. Nous avons pu communiquer facilement avec José grace à Watsap. La maison est plutot fraiche ce qui permet d'éviter la climatisation. très bon séjour à refaire sans hésiter.

Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage! Über den Ausgang auf der Terrasse sind es nur ein paar Meter bis zur flachabfallenden Sandbucht. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber lief einwandfrei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Hermosas vacaciones en un lugar de ensueño

En general, pasamos 10 días maravillosos aquí. La casa estaba muy limpia, pero los palos de olor en todas partes eran un poco demasiado. La cocina está razonablemente bien equipada, pero lamentablemente no hay una ensaladera grande y la cocina no siempre funciona bien. El wifi era muy pobre, hasta que en algún momento no funcionó en absoluto. La comunicación con José María fue muy buena y siempre trató de encontrar soluciones inmediatamente. La ubicación de la casa es única y la playa está justo al lado. Cap de Salou está muy bien situado y alejado del bullicio de la ciudad. Se puede llegar a todas partes fácil y rápidamente en taxi. Hay un supermercado cercano que está mal surtido y no tiene nada que ofrecer, especialmente para veganos y vegetarianos. La exposición de frutas y verduras era muy pobre. Es una pena que el año que viene sólo se pueda reservar la casa de sábado a sábado.

Kathrin me alegro mucho de que hayan pasado unas buenas vacaciones, tomo nota de los perfumes de olor hare que retiren alguno, la ensaladera hay una de vidrio pero pondremos otra mas grande, el wifi en esta zona a veces va un poco lento, por suerte el año que viene este problema ya estará solucionado porque ya han pasado la fibra por las calles y en breve la pasaran a las casas. Gracias por sus consejos tomamos nota para mejorar. Un cordial saludo.
