“Hostess Nest ".....We truly meant it when we named our home, our goal is to receive and welcome you, and make it a home away from home. From the minute you check-in we expect you to relax and indulge in the great hospitality Savannah has to offer. The house has a KING bed in master bedroom, Queen bed in the guest bedrooms, daybed(twin) in the master sitting room, sleeps up to 7. The house was recently renovated with soothing grey color paint, new tiles flooring in all bathrooms and completely brand new furnishing all through the house…. The attention to details is unmatched!

BEDROOMS
Unwind after a day exploring Savannah in the spacious master bedroom which offers an en-suite bathroom. Submerge into comfort at night on the comfortable KING size bed and rise into your next day of adventure and play. If movie in bed is your thing, a TV is available for your convenience. A large closet is available to hang and store all your belongings. The master bathroom features a shower and premium hotel collection towels and toiletries.
The 2 guest bedrooms (one on the main level and the other on the second level) are also decorated elegantly which truly engages your visual senses. Sleep comfortably with ultra-plush beddings. Movie in bed, enjoy yet another TV in each bedroom! The secondary bathroom on the second floor is conveniently located across the hall from the bedroom while the bedroom downstairs has an en-suite bathroom, both have a tub/shower combination and of course, some more premium grade towels and toiletries.
Lastly, the master bedroom sitting (AKA a half bedroom) has an antique gray Indonesian Daybed with an architectural backrest and beautiful curved arms, perfect space for one additional guest.

LIVING ROOM/DINING AREA
Inside the living room, modern touches mixed with vintage charms provide every necessity for gathering and relaxation including a wall mounted 42" smart TV. There is plenty of comfortable seating and fine décor.
The full dining room is large enough to comfortably seat 8 people for a festive dinner and is located off the kitchen.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is truly a chef's dream with all new small appliances. Everything is provided......coffeemaker, toaster, blender, kettle and the list goes on and on. We even provide the Tupperware for your yummy leftovers. You need to bring absolutely nothing but your food to this fully stocked kitchen.

PRIVATE COURTYARD
The fenced and private courtyard is a perfect spot with a table to seat 6; to enjoy with friends and family, dining, or just relaxing.

LAUNDRY
Need to wash clothes during your stay or right before heading home? That's covered too with the in-house laundry room with a washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board also provided for your convenience.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Step right out the front door and experience all the history Savannah, Georgia, has to offer. The house is near two lovely parks and walking distance to shops, restaurants, city market, museums, Forsyth Park, trolley and ghost tour picks. It also has two parking spots, which is a rarity for vacation rentals.

GETTING AROUND
Walking and cycling are more convenient and recommended.
