Dimora Belvedere - rustic, lake view, Wifi

This rustic farmhouse has been recently renovated and is located in a green and quiet area overlooking the lake. The flat on the first and only floor, consists of a bright living-dining room, a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, and a bedroom with bunk beds for a total of 4 people. From the living-dining room and from a side balcony you can enjoy a panoramic view of the lake. The bathroom is equipped with a window and a shower. A cellar for storing bicycles is available.
Easy parking is available nearby.

It is equipped with everything you need for a holiday:
equipped kitchen, washing machine, WI-FI, oven, hairdryer, and hoover.

Its particular location is enviable. It is located in the ancient village of Costermano, in a few kilometers you can reach both the lake and the mountains. The bathing beach of Garda is only 8 minutes away by car. On foot, you can reach the center of the village to have an ice cream or a pizza without taking the car, and also bars, bakeries, and pharmacies. The area is surrounded by nature and vineyards, ideal for quiet or sporty stays.

CHECK-IN - between 15.00 and 19.00.
EARLY CHECK-IN - on request and based on availability with a supplement of € 50 for arrivals between 9.00 and 12.00, € 30 between 12.00 and 15.00
LATE CHECK-IN - arrivals after 19.00 incur a charge of € 30 and after 22.00 of 50 € for the night service.
CITY TAX - per person, per night (from 14 years) not included in the price to be paid in cash on arrival and different for each municipality.
LINEN - both bed linen and towels are not included in the booking rate. They can be booked in advance at an extra cost of 12,50 € per person. The same fee will be charged for any additional change. There is no bed-making, only the supply of bed linen. You are welcome to bring your own linen and save money!
Possibility of separate beds upon request at the additional cost for the set of bed linen equal to + € 10.00.
HEATING - from 01.10 to 30.04 per night + € 10.00.

Uitzicht is heel mooi, huis was erg warm ventilator doet niet voldoende aan de koeling. WiFi kan geen WiFi genoemd worden en 4-5 G werkt niet in het huis. Wees bedacht als je internet wil gebruiken. Na klachten over de Wifi de antwoord was dat op de site staat dat Wifi is alleen om berichten te versturen en te ontvangen. Op de site van de woning staat dat gratis Wifi aanwezig is meer niet. Onze vakantie met een jongen van 18 was hierdoor wat minder leuk. Toilet kan je niet achter elkaar gebruiken, de water reservoir van de toilet vult zich erg langzaam duurt 30 min tot je op nieuw kan doortrekken. Gelukkig de omgeving is erg mooi, wij gaan nog een keer terug maar niet naar deze woning.

Unsere Familie hat eine Woche in Dimora Belvedere verbracht, den Urlaub dort haben wir sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber ung geräumig und befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Costermano und die ganze Umgebung fanden wir auch wunderschön. Wir sind auch Frau Consolini sehr dankbar für Ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und die wertvollen Tips, wodurch unser Aufenthalt in Costermano sehr gelungen ist.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Ich muss leider sagen, ich habe noch nie eine so unfreundliche Vermieterin erlebt. Schon vor der Ankunft, als ich ihr mitteilte, dass es später Abend werden würde, wenn wir ankommen, schrieb sie ohne Anrede und Gruß, "das kostet mehr!" Obwohl nirgends auf ihrer Seite ein Hinweis diesbezügl. zu finden ist. Am Morgen nach unserer Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass die Toilettenspülung nicht funktioniert. Wieder reagierte sie unwirsch, sie habe noch etliche Termine und erstmal keine Zeit, sich darum zu kümmern. Tatsächlich kam sie erst am Abend mit einem Mann, der das Problem jedoch nur vorrübergehend beheben konnte. Dafür lief nun kein warmes Wasser mehr. Um das in Ordnung zu bringen, klingelte sie uns spät abends noch aus dem Bett. Dass am nächsten Tag die Toilette wieder nicht funktionierte, kommentierte sie vorwurfsvoll mit dem Satz "Bevor Sie kamen war alles ok". Kein Wort des Bedauerns, dass wir in unseren nur vier Tagen Urlaub derartige Unanehmlichkeiten hinnehmen müssen. Erst als ich drohte, mich bei Homeaway zu beschweren, beauftragte sie schließlich einen Installateur, der die Toilette reparierte, nicht ohne darauf hinzuweisen, dass sie für die Samstagsarbeit einen Aufschlag bezahlen musste. Soviel Ärger in so kurzer Zeit hätten wir uns gerne erspart und werden dieses Objekt mit Sicherheit nicht weiterempfehlen. Im Übrigen ließ auch die Ausstattung der Küche zu wünschen übrig, zudem sind die Zimmer äußerst beengt. Lediglich der Blick aus dem Wohn-Essraum ist wirklich schön, wiegt jedoch mitnichten die Mängel auf.
