The communication was very nice, we had all the support. The neighborhood has everything we need, plus an excellent Bakery/Restaurant a few steps away. The garage went an extra comfort on our stay. Thank you Wagner and Pierre!

UNBEATABLE and UNFORGETTABLE!!

Let me begin by saying that Pierre and Vagner are the best hosts I have had when booking on VRBO. Is there an option to give 10 stars on everything!!! The apartment was in pristine condition. Before booking the apartment we began talking and both of these guys were very friendly and helpful with making all of the arrangements. We had communication 24/7 with them even before we arrived. My mother has suffered a severe srtoke and Pierre and Vagner went out of their way to communicate about everything that we needed to know before traveling. They assisted in sending local apps to use while in the country to make our stay easier as soon as we landed. We arrived at the apartment and were welcomed by his staff at the gate to let us in, welcome us to the apartment, and answer any of our questions. Everyone was very professional and it felt more like staying with a family member than a vacation rental. The apartment was super clean when we arrived and these guys have a lady who comes to clean during the week if you require extra cleaning during your stay. She is very nice and was flexible with our travel plans. The apartment is modern and had recently been renovated. I don't live in a house as nice as this apartment. You will not be sorry for renting this apartment. The location is optimal. At night there is very little traffic and almost no noise at night. There are several supermarkets within walking distance, and other stores to pruchase anything you need. The streets are safe and the people very nice, peaceful, and respectful. My family has already discussed returning to Brasil and we will be staying at this apartment again. I will be coming to Brasil for Christmas again this year and I hope the dates are available to rent from Pierre and Vagner. I cannot say how wonderful these hosts are or how nice the apartment is. Book it and find out for yourself! Thank you both for everything and making my parents' first trip to Brasil the best experience possible!!
