Property lovely and clean. Quiet spot. Fab villa especially as there are two separate bathrooms as we had our older daughters with us. Only downside is there is no air conditioning and only one fan.

The villa was excellent and exactly as we expected it to be. The location however was a huge problem for a self catering holiday. A 20 minute each way walk to the nearest useable supermarket and a 30 minute each way walk to the nearest proper bar. A taxi trip to LIDL each week to obtain butcher meat etc

Enjoyable stay.

The villa was perfect for us as we like walking. It took us 30 minutes to reach the centre of playa blanka with a lovely walk along the coast.

Playa Blanca Carlos Park

I can’t fault the area, accommodation or management company. We had a fantastic holiday with a lovely villa in beautiful gardens, very quiet location & close to Flamingo beach & bars & restaurants. Easy walk to the harbour where there are cafes, bar’s & restaurants as well.

Spacious and Comfortable Villa for a lovely holiday

We enjoyed a 7 night stay at the Blue Herron (Oct 2024). It is a well equipped, spacious and comfortable Villa. We did not hire a car and found walking distances to Playa Flamingo, Playa Blanca and Rubicon acceptable and most enjoyable. We loved the Villa and location so much we are booking a 14 night break in 2025.

Tina replied quickly to any questions asked about villa. Easy directions and check in instructions, home from home everything you need in villa. Wi-Fi very good. Sun terrace with hot tub is brilliant. Carlos Park is a quiet and pleasant location. Perfect if you like walking, about a 15 minute walk to Flamingo Beach. We would definitely return to Blue Heron Villa.

Brilliant accommodation

The villa was superb. Clean, spacious, brilliant outdoor space, all you could want for a holiday in the sunshine. Useful guides and maps also provided which was brilliant for exploring the island. Also, the bedding, towels and hot tub were cleaned on our 10-day stay. Communication with management company was also good.

Just returned from 16 days in this beautiful villa. We knew exactly what to expect from the listing and were not disappointed. Got sun on the terrace from 7.45am until about 6.00pm and had distant but lovely sea view from the hot tub. Villa set in a very quiet residential area with lovely landscaping. The villa is about 45 mins walk to the sea front restaurants in town and about 20 minutes to the handful of restaurants at Playa Flamingo. Marina Rubicon is approximately 1 hour walk. We were fully aware of the distance from town but this suited us and we enjoyed the stroll along the sea front into town. Local bar “Arena” which also served food is about 7 minutes walk away. We hired a car from the airport as it was cheaper than transfers…100 ish for small car for 16 days. Local bus service is every 30 mins and stop is 7 or 8 minutes walk away 1.40 for any distance around town. Taxis are also cheap and plentiful and we paid 8 to come back from the Marina one evening. Hot tub checked every 3 or 4 days and we had towels and sheets changed twice during our 16 night stay. With having the car, we shopped at Lidl and found the prices similar or cheaper than at home. All in all, a brilliant holiday and having the hot tub was fantastic. Sure we will be back.

A very enjoyable stay at the Blue Heron

We are regular visitors to Lanzarote and to the Playa Blanca area in particular, but the first time we have stayed on Carlos Park and I have to say we were impressed! The estate itself is well kept, well set out, and the green areas well tended….though the fact that the communal pool is not functional is a little disappointing….particularly as temperatures were in the mid-30s (unusually high) during our visit. The estate is 30 min walk into Playa Blanca and a few minutes from the beach….so location was perfect for us. The villa itself was excellent. Well equipped, clean and relatively easy to manage the temperature inside by use of opening doors and use of fans provided. The outside space was a little smaller than other villas we’ve stayed in, but is by-no-means small and is a good combination of shade and sun. The hot tub is a most welcome addition which we used each day. There is a nice view out to sea and across to Fuertaventura ….a pleasant place for breakfast on the morning or a glass of wine in the evening! The villa is competitively priced and I would certainly be happy to book again

Nos alojamos un matrimonio con dos hijos de 12 y 14. La casa es muy tranquila, espaciosa y muy cómoda, ofreciendo todo lo necesario. La terraza es impresionante y se está de lujo con el jacuzzi. Está situada en una zona muy tranquila de Lanzarote. Volveremos si podemos de nuevo.

Alles TOP!!

Wir haben uns von dem ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt, und würden das Haus auch immer wieder buchen und auch weiter empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit Tina hat super geklappt. Das Haus hat alles was das Herz begehrt, und entspricht auch der Beschreibung. Der Carlos Park ist eine sehr schöne gepflegte und ruhige Anlage, mit einer top Lage. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen denn es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen, haben jetzt schon Fernweh.
