We had a great stay and very much enjoyed the beach - this was our first visit to Orange Beach area. Lots of great shopping options and so many great restaurants to choose from. The unit was clean and had a beautiful view but was in need of some updates.

The outlets pop sparks every time I plugged anything in . The fan in the bedroom went off when the air conditioner went off .The view was beautiful from the balcony. Bed was comfortable.

The property amenities were fantastic. The condo for the price needs upgrading. The bathroom is outdated. A lot of the electrical outlets do not work properly. The bed was extremely hard. The view was great though! Also believe paying 55 for parking should be included.

This was perfect for two people. The only downside was that the outdoor pool was being cleaned and not available during our stay. It was; however, a beautiful very large pool. We would stay here again.

A wonderful place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Checking in to get a parking pass was easy, and the condo itself was easy to use. The view was great and it was very easy to get to the beach and the pool. There were always parking Spots available when I needed to find one. I liked the location of the condo because it was very close to get to a grocery store and souvenir shopping.

Overall, very clean and close to everything. Great view overlooking the beach! My only complaints would be multiple outlets in living room and next to the bed were inoperable (loose/or don’t work at all), the bed was not comfortable/squeaky, shower head loose, need a new shower curtain, toilet loose/rocks.

Fantastic stay

The condo, was just as advertised very clean. The bed was very comfortable, but I personally do not like a real soft bed. The bed was medium, not hard or soft very close to everything. The view was over the top, fantastic.

Great vacation!

We stayed a week and loved every minute of it. I had something come up and asked to change the dates of the reservation and they were very accommodating and allowed us to change the dates. I was afraid there would be issues with the elevators because of some of the reviews I read but they had all 4 elevators working and there was hardly ever a wait for the elevator. The condo is exactly as the pictures show. Great view of the gulf from the balcony and short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again!

A Nice Few Days

Overall, we really liked the condo. The beach access was great, the pool was enjoyable, and the view was wonderful. However, the sundries were minimal. We ran out of toilet paper and soap I during a 3 day stay. And the dishwasher detergent was half empty.
