The host didn't explain that we had to climb 800 meters up a medieval stairs. Not suitable for disabled people, the elderly, or those with heart conditions. Only for Alpinist climbers. Under no circumstances does the host help us go for up or down the medieval stairs

On the first day, I sent messages to the hotline, but received no response. The phone didn't answer my questions. The towels and sheets weren't changed during our 6-night stay. There were no warm blankets, no dish towels...in short, a horrible stay.
