The villa also has an outdoor terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue area.

The villa is ideally located between the famous pedestrian street (5 min) and Jomtien beach (5 min) or Pratumnak beach (3 min) by scooter. it is only 1 km.
In a secure residence 24/7 with laundry and taxi service. Close to all amenities, you will find very good restaurants open mornings, midday and evenings as well as small supermarkets 7-Eleven.
Upon arrival my Thai assistant will welcome you. The beds will be made and towels will be available. A professional team will clean every 3 days.
