They realized it together with Sicilian craftsmen, using local, traditional and natural materials such as wooden window frames, stone walls, warm color details with a modern twist.
You can reach Casa La Chiocciolina through a long private driveway between olive- and almond trees.
The location and the house are equally impressive ... bright, spacious and stylishly decorated with Italian design furniture.

The house is well located on an domain of 17.000m2 in the sunny southeast, with endless views over almond and olive trees, the baroque town of Noto and in the distance the Ionian Sea and has a capacity of 4 people and all the modern luxury and comfort.

Fantastic Noto

The property is fantastic, a bit of a bumpy track to get there but well worth it when you get there. Beautiful views of Noto especially at sunset. The villa has almost everything you need. An ideal location if you just want to get away from it all. It can get quite windy but in the warm sun it is welcome. Communication from the host and manager was excellent. We will be going back 100 %
