Our cottage is a newly constructed single family home located only one house back from the beautiful private Sunnyside Beach. The home has a great open layout with two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, as well as a queen sleeper in the living room.

The master bedroom has a king bed with a brand new Sealy Pillow top mattress, and a full bathroom with a walk in shower. The washer/dryer combo is located in the master bathroom. The guest bedroom has two pillow top Fullsize beds. The home also has a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The fully fenced in yard has plenty of room for the dogs to use the restroom as well as a grill and nice patio area. We also have a great outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. We are located on a private street with almost zero traffic in front of the home. The walk to the beach is a very short, two minute walk past just one home. The beach access is located directly at the end of the road. We have a picture to show the easiest route.

This home features brand new stainless steel appliances, including a side by side fridge with filtered water and ice, dishwasher, smooth top range and microwave. Granite countertops and soft close drawers give it the feel of a luxury condo, but without the inconvenience of elevators and stairs. We also have 18 foot ceiling through the home as well as 8 foot doors, to make the home feel bigger and more spacious.

We have a 55 inch Smart TV in the livingroom, as well as a RUKU TV in the master bedroom. We have Xfinity Highspeed internet, as well a multiple streaming apps for you to use.

No need for a golf cart to get to the beach! Its so close you can walk back to fill your drink!

Home away from home.

Coral cottage

Enjoyed this property and the short walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful and less crowded than other areas. The owners responded quickly when we had questions prior to check in. We will be back.

Love this cottage!

Exactly what we needed. The size was perfect. Host was very attentive and communication was quick. Located close to beach and accommodated our small dog. Central to everything and a beautiful quiet area. We look forward to returning to this property in the future.

GREAT PLACE

The area was wonderful. Such a nice short walk to the beach. House was really nice. Just wish the mattress and couch would have been more comfortable. Couch wasn't as big of a deal as the mattress. Nothing like being able to get a good nights sleep. Over all loved the place and area.

Amazing Hosts

We had a lovely stay at the Coral Cottage! The cottage is extremely well kept and maintained. We had everything that we needed and felt so cozy and comfortable. The best part of our stay was how responsive the host was when there was a problem during our stay. The problem was not the host's fault by any means, but he still worked to find a solution and made our stay even more comfortable.

Family Getaway

This is a very clean and nicely furnished beach cottage, very convenient to quiet beach access. The area felt safe and neighbors were friendly. House is within a bike ride of Carousel grocery & Thomas Donut. Only a quick car ride to either Rosemary beach or the pier at pcb. The owner was extremely accommodating and responsive. This beach cottage is perfect for a family of 3 or 4 with a fury friend looking for a quiet and relaxing beach getaway. Thanks Steven for a wonderful stay!

Anniversary getaway

We had absolutely no trouble with the check-in process. The unit was nice and clean. Though not on the beach we enjoyed the location because the beach was not crowded! it was like a private beach. We wanted the host to know that there was not a kayak at the rental,( so he would know we didn't lose it, Ha) and that there wasn't a cooler. He was on top of it, even though he was on vacation himself, we had a cooler and hairdryer delivered to the unit. We were not expecting that to happen. The unit itself was in a quiet area. All around a very good experience.

Perfect cottage in paradise

We stayed 2 weeks and it was perfect for us. The small fenced in yard allowed us to bring our dog too. The dog park is by the pier, 10-15 min away. Being on the west end and a block off the beach makes the location so desirable. The beach is private access for you so there was not a day we had to go early to save a space and fight the crowd, iykyk. The beach & emerald water are stunningly beautiful! There is a Publix & Win Dixie close by making it easy to cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen. I found a wonderful yoga studio in Rosemary that is only an 8 minute drive, Myst 30A. In the same retail center is a fantastic Asian fusion restaurant, Aja Elevated Asian Kitchen, that we highly recommend. Thanks, Steve & Amanda, for being great hosts and always quick to respond!

We didn’t want to go home!

Coral cottage was absolutely perfect for us. The location is ideal. We were so close to beach access, and that particular stretch of shoreline is not too crowded at all. The property was very clean. We have stayed at another one of this wonderful family’s properties before and the same applied to the other house, as well. The kitchen had what we needed and both of the televisions worked really well. I was particularly impressed with the washer and dryer. Frankly, the machines in the cottage are infinitely nicer than the ones I have at home. The fenced yard was incredibly helpful for our dog. The owners are enormously nice and always have been. We even called them to ask a question at one point and they were so polite despite the time of the evening. The space is more than enough for a couple (having a bathroom for each person was luxurious) and it would also work well for a family with two kids or a group of three girlfriends/bro pals. I was elated that we were able to book this house, and this morning we were depressed to leave, because it ended up being the best vacation we have had together in years, maybe ever. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Cute but dirty!

This home was in a very nice location and surprisingly cute inside. Perfect for what we needed...until we started unpacking! This house was filthy! Black dog hair, and a LOT of it, was in the sheets, pillowcases, lamp shades, behind doors, window cills, under bed, in most corners of each room. The shower curtain in the bathroom closest to kitchen looked like it had urine on it from a dog lifting it’s leg. I have photos of all of this. If there were a place to paste them I would. We spent a good portion of our first day stripping the beds to wash the sheets and cleaning. Very disappointed.

What a perfect place! Just exactly what we wanted! Perfect vacation and perfect location! We got to take our pup with us and it could not have been better. Perfect for us!

We really loved this property. We were a little nervous traveling to Florida with our pups this year, but this was the perfect place for them. They loved chasing lizards in the backyard. We also had never stayed this far west, but we will only stay on this side of the beach now. It was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle of pcb. We enjoyed the beach being so close. The owners were super friendly and communicated quickly with anyone questions/concerns we had. We can't wait for our next trip.

Great cottage and location. Perfect for our pup!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Sunnyside on the Gulf. Don't let the little Coral Cottage fool you, it was very spacious inside with high ceilings. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen. The yard is fenced in and small, but a perfect place for our golden retriever to use the bathroom and play. Lizards everywhere so she was highly entertained! The beach is a very short walkover and not very crowded. The dog beach at Pier Park was only 5 miles or so away. Our girl had a blast! 30A and PCB are both very convenient. The only con was we didn't have a grill brush to clean it or grill accessories. The yard needed mowing / weed eating, but the service came late in our stay. The neighborhood streets are quiet, so we had great places to walk our dog every morning. This place is very well done and a great option with or without a pet. We will definitely have it on our radar for our next trip. In fact, we have already tried booking for late summer , but the dates were already gone. Excellent communication with owners. Perfect little cottage

The home is clean and steps to the beach! So easy and perfect for our family of 4 (two kids age 6 and 9). Plenty of space for us. We rented a golf cart and cruises down to restaurants, shops etc.

Cute and Very Close to the Beach!

The Coral Cottage was just as described. Very close to the beach, which was perfect for the stormy, overcast weather we had all week! When the storms would subside, we quickly grabbed chairs and walked (1-2min!) to the beach access across the street. The house is west a bit from hustle and bustle of PCB, which we loved! The beaches weren’t crowded at all - maybe 2-3 other families within 100ft of us. Bonus: it’s less than 5min to Thomas’ & the Carousel! The cottage was decorated nicely. The furniture was sufficient for a beach vacation. The beds had very firm, foam/Tempur-pedic mattresses that we did not find comfortable, though some people may! The laundry was great to wash sandy towels and swimsuits during the week! The kitchen had ample storage for groceries and enough cookware for a few meals. The dishwasher did not dry and was mildewed badly, but it came clean when we sprayed with bleach and run. Better door mats would be great to prevent so much sand getting tracked in on the floors. We ended up putting towels by the back door. It was great having a fenced yard for our dogs, though nothing special. The fence wrapped in an L-shape along the back and left side of the house. There were a grill, outdoor shower, and picnic table. Since we had rainy weather, we would have liked a covered area to let the dogs out or sit outside during rain showers. The landscape was maintained, but the bushes could have been pruned a bit. LOTS of little lizards, which the dogs loved. :) There was a beach cart, beach toys, and beach chairs for use. 3/5 beach chairs were broken and no umbrella. The cart was convenient to have! Recommended: bring paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, Tupperware, beach towels, and cleaning supplies (if desired). We had to go to the Carousel and spend $40 on these items to last the week. We left a big stack of paper plates, a couple of small Tupperware, and laundry powder - but housekeeping may have removed. We brought large blankets to cover the couch and were glad we did, so we didn’t worry about getting sand and dog hair everywhere. We loved everything and only listed the minor cons for other visitors to know if those factors are important to them. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Coral Cottage and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet beach vacation!

Perfect location/Space

Property was perfect, very close to the beach (maybe a 1-2 min walk tops). Not a crowded beach at all and was very family friendly. The yard was plenty big for our dog, and the condo was very clean and plenty big enough for the 3 of us. There were plenty of cut aways for me to walk my dog down also. Communication with the owners was very good from start to finish and they have a lot of nice info laid out in a booklet about things to do, restaurants etc. in the room that we found very useful since we are new to the area. The condo was close to everything we needed (food, grocery etc.). Would highly recommend. We are already ready to come back next year!
