Everything about this rental was wonderful...the view of the ocean from the wrap around sundeck, the Island beach Cafe and Manatee Public Beach right across the road (with wonderful live music every afternoon and yummy food and drinks) and the cozy and super clean rooms and bathrooms. Our hosts were kind, responsive to any of our needs and a wealth of information about the area. The unit was well furnished and stocked with anything we could have needed, from beach towels to even some laundry detergent for the roomy washer and dryer. This was probably to most comfortable rental we have ever spent a full week in through VRBO. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future:)

Our stay was most enjoyable! The unit was perfectly comfortable. Any questions or issues were responded to and addressed promptly and professionally. A/C required maintenance during our stay, but this did not interfere too much.The pool was beautifully designed and built. This was our daily sanctuary after going out for lunch in our rented golf cart. We were fortunate to not have to share the pool, since no others were booked during our stay in the duplex. We didn't use the beach carts, but did venture across the street for an afternoon swim in the Gulf of America! :) Our hosts were perfectly cordial and considerate. They ensured that we were comfortable and did everything to make our vacation the best possible! Thank you!

Holmes Beach small condo

Castnetter 5 was a comfortable home away from home during our 6 week stay. Easy walking to the beach (across a busy street but near a crosswalk), a shared pool that often felt like our private pool, clean and generally updated accommodations. Castnetter 5 is up one flight of steps which affords a view of the Gulf from its large deck (could use some fresh paint there but plenty of outdoor furniture.) Alan was very responsive and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
