Beach pool House Family Vacation Home.

This is a privately owned side by side property, nothing is shared . Private driveway/ garage / Pool and fenced in back yard.
Home away from home, cozy and comfortable Beach house. A 5 minute walk to the beach and shops. Very quite neighbor hood.
New elevated house with private heated pool, and fenced in yard, with a large swing.
King bed in the master bedroom with its own bathroom ,queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom . Second bathroom located in the hallway between the other 2 bedrooms. Wood floors through out the house Full kitchen with granite counter tops and stain steel appliance & Espresso , cappuccino machine. All bedrooms have flat screen Tv . Internet acess and cable. Sliding door to the outside deck and stairs to the downstairs area by the pool. Out side shower with hot/cold water for that after the beach rinse. Large pool with Tiki style umbrella and seating in the pool. BBQ , table, chairs, lounge chairs for a relaxing time by the pool.There is also a TV by the pool for your enjoyment. There are plenty of beach chairs and accessories for the beach and a Ping Pong table in the garage with a door to the pool area. There is a free trolly by the beach access that will take you from one end to the other of Anna Maria Island There are plenty of great restaurants, bars and shops in a walking distance. you will fall in love with Holmes beach just like we did, come and stay at our Beach house for a wonderfull vacation ever.
Early check in will be $50 an hour extra.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
AC on 77 please
Empty dishwasher , fans off
Lock all doors and put key back in the lock box and turn numbers.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please see owner contract Refund 14 days prior to arrival gets 100% refund.
Early check in if possible starts from 1 PM to 4PM at a rate of $50 an hour for the first hour and $40 after that .

We have been married for 30 years and have two great boys. We loved Holmes Beach so much that we decided to buy into the paradise. My kids love to spend time at the beach house. We have a big family so always entertaining.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Holmes Beach couple of years ago when we rented a house. Every summer we went back and stayed there for a week. Finally decided to buy into our own vacation home.
By the way we live in Florida and only 40 minutes away from our Beach House.

What makes this property unique

Heated private Pool, private fence ,Ping Pong Table, Beach accessories , TV in every room, and 32 inch TV outside by the pool. Outside shower with hot water.
