Beautiful villa, pool, and location!

We have just had one of the best holidays as a family. The location is stunning, the views over the alpine slopes are beautiful. The nearby towns are simply lovely, both ourselves and the kids enjoyed visiting them too. The villa felt very homely and we were made to feel very welcome. Definite winner for a family who just want a laid back holiday next to the pool but with stunning views!

Nice spaceous (3 bedrooms with good beds, not unimportant) house, with plenty outside space and large private pool, great views on the green hills. Check-in very easy. So whats less to like? Only minor stuff:Grocery options closeby are bit limited, and having some more musquito netting on windows on ground floor would help cooling down the house in the evening. And yes, sometimes cars honk on the nearby road (totally unnecessary, you should take the blind corners very slowly anyway) , but with so few cars.. not a problem. So I totally recommend this.

Wonderful rustic villa with amazing views

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely mountain villa. Main plus points are the fantastic pool area which is nice and private. Views from the terrace are stunning and stars at night out of this world. We went for some nice walks up the mountain, plenty of shade from trees on the way. The less good points was that it get's very hot in August. The listing is clear there is no aircon, but for our stay only 1/3 fans worked and the house never got below 30 degrees even at night. The road around is very windy and people driving around corners are constantly beeping their horns, sometimes very early in the mornings. The host is lovely and helpful and replied fast when we needed some help!

Tolles Ferienhaus in sehr schöner Lage

Hi Michael We are so pleased that you guys have had a great holiday at Madonna di Campagna. As you have noticed most drivers honk liberally at anything looking remotely like a curve - as you have guessed it is a matter of security! The mosquito issue I'll remember to mention to our comings guests - they should be adviced to bring mosquito repellent. Thank you for taking the time to give us feed back, and we hope to see back some day. Best regards Jesper
