Villa Eos is a stylish Kalkan Villa, in Kalkan Centre, operated by Eos Villas, just a breath away from the local amenities, with a private pool, beautiful well kept gardens and stunning views over the picturesque Kalkan harbour. Villa Eos is an ideal fully air-conditioned house for a family or party of six, who wish to stay away from it all. The villa is very comfortable and all balconies offer delightful sea–views, specifically the secluded roof terrace.
Layout
This charming rental villa is set on two levels with an additional attic and it is accessed via a small staircase with a front gate.
The entrance opens into a modern open plan area, with a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting and dining setting at the front, a family bathroom and doors opening onto the pool terraces.
An interior staircase connects the ground floor with the upstairs level.
On this floor, you will find a master bedroom with an en-suite shower, a twin bedroom with also an en-suite shower and private balconies overlooking the bay.
A smaller staircase leads from this level to the attic, which consists of a double bedroom with an en-suite shower and a balcony door leading to the roof terrace, which is the bonus of this property.
The Roof terrace
The panoramic views from here are exceptional, having the open sea extended in front of you and the Kalkan harbour below your feet. Comfortable seating facilities are nicely set on this terrace, for anyone who wishes to chill our a bit longer, either to admire the stunning views or to enjoy the fresh evening breeze in peace and tranquillity.
Pool and Terraces
The pool is located in the centre of a lush garden with surrounding sunny terraces with a separate shady pergola alongside, complete with all the facilities for dining al fresco. There is a gas barbecue also available, for those wishing to try thier cooking skills whilst away on holiday.
Villa Eos offers all those elements which guarantee a memorable and relaxing holiday, in a most comfortable area of Kalkan, within a short walking distance to the lovely harbour.

Our stay at Eos Villa was nothing short of perfect for our family holiday. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The villa is incredibly spacious and equipped with everything a family could need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.We absolutely loved the private pool, and we spent hours swimming, playing, and enjoying the sunshine together. The outdoor space was a highlight with plenty of room, dine, and take in the stunning views. The Villa was extremely clean and tidy and this extends to the pool. Very clean and we cant wait to return!Please give a big thank you to the people who look after the Villa. We only met them on the way out , but we know the Villa was spotless when we arrived and the pool was looked after every other day while we stayed there, so please give them a big thank you form us we will hopefully see them next year.

Absolutely Amazing Stay Beautiful Villa with Stunning Views!

We had a fantastic stay at this 3-bedroom villa in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan. The villa was even better than we expected spacious, spotless, and really well-equipped. The highlight for us was the incredible outdoor area: a huge patio perfect for relaxing and dining, a large private pool, and breathtaking views over the sea.Each bedroom was comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the whole place had a calm, welcoming feel. The location is ideal quiet and peaceful, but still just a short walk or quick taxi into the centre of Kalkan with all its great restaurants and shops.We spent most of our time outside, enjoying the sunshine and that amazing view. It was the perfect base for a relaxing holiday, and wed absolutely love to return. Highly recommend!

Great villa. Large terrace with a nice covered area to get out of the sun. Close to the bigger supermarkets in Kalkan and a steady if not steep walk down to the old town. Taxi back up the hill would be recommended!

The villa was lovely and clean (exactly like the photos) and only a 10 minute walk away from Kalkan centre. The only negative we have is that although there were four bathrooms only one shower was usable as the other three had loose shower heads and required to be hand held. Thank you!

Great size with good size pool and terrace. Some bits of kit were a bit tired (knobs missing on cooker and toaster) but all crockery etc was very clean - generally well equipped. Local agent (Mustafa) was available to help out too which was great (replacing bulbs, delivering water for the cooler etc.) Would stay again

Lovely Villla in great location

The villa was as expected - with great facilities including dishwasher, washer machine, oven, microwave, large fridge freezer and even a tumble dryer. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, crockery, glasses and utensils. All rooms were spacious and clean as was the pool and outdoor seating area. A gentleman introduced himself and provided a phone number on the first day for any problems and popped round occasoinally to tend to the pool and gardensThe outdoor area and pool were wonderful, with plenty of sun or shade. There was a little road noise but it was not intrusive at all and caused us no problem. Supermarkets were located within a couple of minutes walk with a greengrocers literally underneath the veranda area. You could walk down the hill into Kalkan within 10-15 minutes - longer and hotter walk back up!Would recommend and would stay again.

Great villa, great location

The first thing I would like to say is that we would most definitely stay here again. The villa was in the perfect location the outside space was huge. The rooms were big and the kitchen lacked nothing. It was very well appointed with plenty of everything. However a few improvements need to be made to make guests stay even better. The trees on the path need cutting back as we had to duck to get under. The villa was cleaned mid week during our 8 night stay to a good standard but sheets were not changed and towels were removed and put in the washing machine, with no clean towels laid out for guests. Fortunately we found these and dried them in time for use later in the day. I would suggest a second set of towels ready for changeover. Showers were good with great pressure but only 1 out of the three bathrooms sat in the holder correctly so had to hold them. Lastly the pool area was never cleaned, 2 lots of bird droppings sat there which would not be great if you had children. I know this sounds a bit negative but we would be back to this villa in a heartbeat, the faults are few and easily rectified. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Cracking spot, great villa.

So, this was the first time that I'd ever stayed in a villa in Kalkan having previously stayed at a nearby hotel. Communication from the owner was great as was the payment procedure even though I was a little unnerved about not paying the deposit directly to VRBO. A quick chat with VRBO confirmed that this owner was the genuine article and was to be trusted. Prior to arrival, the owner sent us full details of the villa including WIFI, key safe codes, contact number and even step by step driving instructions with screenshots! Upon arrival, we found the villa was clean, tidy and as described. The villa was stocked with fresh clean towels for the bathrooms, along with 6 clean fresh beach towels for the loungers. The air conditioning in the villa is second to none - more than capable of keeping the rooms at a nice 21 C even at 36 C outside. There is a washer and drier in the ground floor bathroom which we used once or twice. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything that two couples would need for 10 days away and all items worked fine. The outside space is amazing - more than enough for us all including when we had most of the guests over one night for the wedding we were attending. The pool was cleaned checked every other day by Mustafa, who is a credit to the villa. He comes in, checks the pool, checks that you're OK and even took some of our rubbish to the bins for us on a couple of occasions - Top chap! Would definitely stay again!!!!

Fantastic Villa -Noisy location!

Stayed in this villa for 9 nights in early October. The villa itself is fantastic, extremely well stocked, clean, spacious and great value for money. The views from the rooms and to the side of the mountain are beautiful. It was very easy booking and the communication was great with the agency. The villa location although being only a 5-10 min walk down the hill to the town centre is right on the edge of the busy main Kalkan road. The villas outside paved area itself is on top of a butchers and greengrocers with a cash and carry to the other side of this. There is a constant stream of cars motorbikes and people pulling up and shopping and hanging around by the shops which can be noisy when you are trying to relax by the pool or in the evenings to dine and relax outside. There is also a large wedding venue to the left of the villa on the other side of the main road ( we had 4 weddings when there!) which was like an outside concert the noise and people gathering is disruptive. Luckily we didn’t have small children with us trying to sleep! The other negative is the security aspect with the whole outside of the villa left open for anyone to walk in off the street to the pool area. There is one back door with just one handle lock from the inside ( not very secure) the owners really need to fence off and put a secure gate to the side of the villa so no one can just walk in. The small gate inbetween the greengrocer and cash and carry to get into the villa doesn’t even lock and we had kids coming in whilst hanging around after school and the men from downstairs shops just come in to check their wiring and air conditioning units which are also on the villa grounds. (Again constant wirring and noise heard from both bedrooms) The villa could also do with an information pack to explain how to use the Tv/dvd/ sound system and numerous speaker systems there. I’m Sure were great but we didn’t use. Overall we put up with the noise and it didn’t ruin our holiday the villa is fabulous, but we feel the location and noise should be mentioned. The security needs to be addressed. Kalkan and the people, restaurants food and weather were just beautiful we will be back.

Mooi huis, maar wel verouderd. De badkamers zijn wel vernieuwd, maar de keuken is echt aam vervanging toe. Contact was wel heel goed. Er is een nieuw koffiezetapparaat (die er stond deed het niet) gebracht, en er is een nieuwe pannenset geleverd (hele oude, kapotte pannen aanwezig). Dus alles is netjes opgelost.
