Villa Kaymar is a modern 3-bedroom villa for 6 people, centrally located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan and offering panoramic views of Kalkan, the surrounding mountains and Kalkan Bay. The villa is stylishly and modernly furnished with spacious rooms that are flooded with light and bright. The central location of the villa offers privacy but also easy access to the town of Kalkan, just a 15-minute walk away. The nearest supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away.

The accommodation
The outdoor pool terrace offers plenty of space for sunbathing, relaxing and enjoying outdoor meals as well as a barbecue area for BBQ friends.

On the ground floor there is a lovely open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The lounge area has modern seating and a flat screen TV, while the modern kitchen is well equipped and has a fridge with freezer, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, as well as a dining table and chairs.

On the 1st floor there is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have a modern en-suite bathroom and their own stunning balcony offering wonderful far-reaching views of Kalkan.

On the second floor there is a double bedroom and a modern en suite bathroom. It also has its own large terrace with chill-out facilities and a fantastic view of Kalkan town and the bay.

Outside, Villa Kaymar has a spacious pool terrace with an infinity pool (pool dimensions 9m x 3m, depth 1.55m). The pool area is equipped with 6 loungers and parasols. Directly on the terrace in front of the pool there is a comfortable sofa area for chilling out or relaxing. There is a dining area and a barbecue. At the front of the pool there is a comfortable seating area, perfect for chilling out. On the side of the villa there is a table tennis table in the shade where you can do sports.

Lovely Villa

This was our 7th time in Kalkan - always stay in a different villa and not disappointed. Villa was perfect for 3 couples and near main town but hilly so not suitable for anyone with disabilites.

Lovely spacious villa in a quiet location.

Our second time staying at Villa Kaymar and enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Plenty of room and a well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately the previous occupants hadn't check out on time. This meant we were sat waiting for the cleaners to finish which put them under unnecessary pressure but everything was spotlessly clean as usual. Roger was very helpful and just a phone call away. Ismail kindly arranged for us to have a late check out which was really appreciated. Will definitely return.

Perfect Villa

Fantastic villa!

A really well equipped spacious villa with lovely views. It is up a steep hill but a taxi was less than £4 to come back up if needed. We were really grateful for the water cooler in the heat and a replacement would arrive within 30 mins when ordered through Roger the maintenance guy who was super helpful. Absolutely loads of great restaurants many rooftop with views which served a high standard of food. A fab holiday!

Had a fantastic 10 nights stay at villa Kaymar. Only a five minute walk to a lovely butchers, Greengrocer and small supermarket. Five to ten minutes further on and you were in the middle of the town. Cab back is favourable at only £4 for six people. The villa was spotless clean along with the comfortable outdoor space. Large bbq and an excellent pool, so warm even at midnight. Would not hesitate to book again when we return to Kalkan

A lovely, large Villa

A lovely, large villa with everything you could wish for. Very well equipped but would have liked a better tv package as we couldn't access anything in English and a larger waste bin in the kitchen would have been appreciated! Other than that our stay was superb, large, airy rooms, plenty of seating areas inside and out and a good sized pool which was a must. Within walking distance of supermarkets, bars and restaurants this villa is ideally situated in a nice, quiet area but within easy reach of many facilities. We will definitely be booking again.

Everything we were looking for

We spent a wonderful 10 days at Villa Kaymar. The villa is so well located - just a 10 minute stroll downhill to the restaurants in town - with supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. The property itself was immaculate. The outdoor space is so well designed with plenty of places to sunbathe or enjoy some shade. The views from the pool and the balconies are stunning. The pool and grounds were cleaned daily ready for use first thing in the morning. Communication with our host was excellent. Would love to return some day.

Villa Kaymar great location and amazing views

We had a wonderful time visiting Kalkan and the villa was as described. The sun beds were lovely and comfortable, the bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable, with great air con which was much needed with the high temperatures. There was plenty of crockery so enough for everyone we added a few larger plastic glasses but there was plenty small ones. We would certainly recommend Villa Kaymar it’s near enough to the town but a taxi on return as it’s hilly but only 110 lira so not a lot. We will return thank you to Ismail for his correspondence and allowing us to stay in his lovely Villa.

Villa Kaymar 2024

We are a family of 4 adults and have just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa Kaymar. The villa is accurately described and provided everything we wanted for our 2 week holiday, very comfortable (particularly the beds!) and was so well equipped we wanted for nothing. The pool and outside space are excellent, with different seating areas providing plenty of comfort. The location of the villa is good, a 10 minute downhill walk into the town centre. If you know Kalkan, the hills coming back up are a challenge, but taxis are very reasonable and always available. Communication with the host was excellent, and a very useful and accurate information package was sent to us before our stay. We would happily return to Villa Kaymar, and would recommend without hesitation.

You know how sometimes you book a holiday and the photos of the property have made it look better than it is in real life? Well, this is not one of those properties. It lived up to the photos and more. We absolutely LOVED this villa. It's stylish, it's comfortable, it's a great location away from the hustle and the bustle of the town (which is around 10-15 mins walk away). There's so much I could say about this incredible villa but I don't know where to begin. It was perfect. Be warned though. Turkey is hilly and Kalkan is no exception. Many of them are 12% according to Strava. They are steep so not for the feint of heart but we loved the location. It worked for us. We adored the sweeping views. We adored everything about this stunning villa and needless to say we highly recommend. Great communication from the owner, and Roger his right hand man was brilliant. It's a solid five stars from us all the way. Thank you so much for everything.

Fantastic Villa, beautiful town

The villa was brilliant, spacious, very clean and modern. Fantastic views, outside spaces were great. Decent sized pool, comfy sun beds, plenty of spaces to sit in the sun or shade during the day and evening. Very peaceful location. Town is a short walk down the hill - quite steep so may not be suitable for everyone. We generally walked down and got taxis back - usually 150tl. Villa has everything you may need - washing machine was very handy, and hairdryers available to use. We managed to adopt a gorgeous cat whilst we were there, who loved a chance to cuddle on our laps. All in all and fantastic stay, Roger looked after us very well and helped arrange transfers to and from the airport. We had a welcome package in the villa when we arrived which was very welcome ! We did a couple of trips whilst we were there, visited the gorge and a day on a boat. Both fantastic and the Turkish people were wonderful, very friendly and looked after us. We tended to wander into town for dinner most evenings and didn’t have a bad meal throughout are 10 days. Our favorites were Luna & Mussakka. Highly recommend the villa and Kalkan, I’m sure we will be back.

Lovely well equipped villa

I stayed for a week in the villa with friends. It was very well equipped, spacious & perfect for our needs. It was decorated to a high spec & very clean. It is quite high up so if you’re adverse to walking down very steep pavements (which aren’t the best quality then this villa is not for you) don’t attempt to walk up. Reasonably priced taxis are near. A nice quiet street with lovely views We received details of the villa beforehand & thought them to be comprehensive. But on arrival discovered there were hairdryers and an iron & board. This should be added to the villa details. Mention of the table tennis table would have been useful too We had cause to contact the owner as we needed more bedding & needed the hot water sorted out (this again was simply solved & might have helped were it on the villa details) The response was slow & the numbers provided for our local help need updating as they simply didn’t work. The problem was solved but response time would have been quicker had we got the local helps number. A lovely week & the villa is lovely. Ideal for 3/4 adults or 3 couples. I wouldn’t say ideal for children as lots of stairs & tripping hazards near the pool.

Stunning Villa and matching views!

First of all, fantastic communication with property owner. On arrival there was a welcome pack which was perfect to see us through till morning. The Villa was clean and probably the comfiest beds we have ever slept in. Air con worked well and quickly. Views were stunning day and night. Never got bored looking at them whilst in the pool. The amenities of the Villa were exceptional. We enjoyed playing ping-pong. And we made good use of the barbecue! We went to the local shop, walking downhill was easy, and several times down to town. We found it easy to get Cab’s and only costing about £2 each time. We used the app Villa eats a few times for a couple of takeaways, but most of all we liked to go to the restaurants down in Kalkan. Lal and chameleon were some of our Favourites and if you want an exceptional cocktail, you must try out black and gold. The Falcon boat was a fabulous ride. Staff are very friendly and food was fantastic. We tried all the beach clubs, using the free boat service to get to them. Overall, an absolutely fantastic holiday.

We loved it ❤️

The Villa is amazing in every aspect. It was spotlessly clean and a had a real wow on arrival. The view from all bedrooms is amazing and we loved waking up to the view from the top bedroom which has a double bed. Our children shared the 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. One room with 2 singles and the other with a double wasn't as ideal for our situation as we'd prefer 4 singles but we knew this when booking. All bedrooms are ensuite with their own shower and the water was always warm if needed. There is also an outside shower by the pool. The lounge / kitchen area is perfect as open plan and nice to enjoy air con when coming from the outside when things got too hot! There's a ground floor toilet as well. The pool is the same depth throughout which was great for us and our 12 year olds had no trouble standing up. If you have children younger than 7 it may be less suitable i think. The real bonus is it has an infinity view with nothing obscuring the view of the mountains where a lot of other villas seem to have buildings or trees in front. We wondered if being joined to another villa and having one below might be an issue but we barely heard anyone so absolutely wasn't a problem. The only room for improvement i guess is the seating on the top balcony wasn't particular inviting to sit on. The location is a little way from the centre but 150tl £3.50 back in a taxi was cheap for 6 of us so again no complaints. In short I'd 100% recomend this property and would love to return.

A good villa with a bad start

We stayed at this villa between 15 and 29 September 2023. When we arrived the villa had not been cleaned and was as the last guests left it. Somehow the owner Ismail and the maintenance man Roger missed the fact that we were turning up so we sat by the pool for the first hour and a half while it was cleaned. After this mishap things improved considerably. The villa is well equipped inside and out. The pool is unheated but was clean and warm enough. The 6 sunloungers are very comfortable and pool towels are provided. The pool gets the sun all day but for the last 2 weeks of September we lost the sun at around 5:30 which was not a problem. You can not really see the sea from the pool - just Kalkan town. Inside there is a water cooler which provides cold water all the time and saves you carrying it from the supermarket. If it runs out ring Roger and a man delivers a full one for 80 lira (£2.70). The beds are comfortable but none of the bedrooms have black out blinds so the rooms are very bright at 7:00am. This is probably the biggest single improvement that could be made. In the meantime bring your eye masks and ear plugs as morning prayers start at 6:00 am. If you like beach clubs then Zest is the best. Go to the lighthouse/harbour and catch the free boat or taxi direct. For restaurants you can’t go wrong with plentiful good quality restaurants. Villa location is very good with a 15 minute walk into town. All in all a very good villa at a fair price so I would recommend it.

Schönes Doppelhaus über dem Meer von Kalkan

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus Die Betten waren weich und angenehm Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und alles ist ausreichend vorhanden. Man muss Tiere mögen, Katzen kamen täglich vorbei, wir waren in die Katzen verliebt. Zur Begründung gab es auch paar Lebensmittel. Eine große Wasserflasche (19 Liter)für gekühltes und normale Temperatur gab es schon in der Küche. Wie gesagt , ein toller Urlaub.

Villa Kaymar

Eine super schöne und saubere Villa. Die Villa hat einen traumhaften Blick auf Kalkan. Zimmer sind wie in der Beschreibung. Poolanlage ist sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
