Great location and perfect space for a family

Very good size pool, gorgeous views and beautifully isolated from others. Great amount of space and all we needed for a restful holiday. Upgraded sunbeds would really enhance this property, but they were fine. Otherwise we had all we needed.

Great villa and walkable to the centre of Pollensa in about 20 to 25 mins via a quiet cut through. The villa was great with lots of little touches by Owl Booking. The pools and social space were great for our group. Our 3rd Owl booking and we will be back again

Lovely property in a quiet location, about 20 minutes walk to Pollensa main square. The pool was beautiful and very clean, there were quite a few wasps around the pool area, but they weren’t a nuisance. Gorgeous garden and view over the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect accommodation for a multi- generational holiday!

We loved our three week stay at Villa Romeu in July. The accommodation was perfect for the three generations of our family. the interior is spacious and naturally cool (although the A/C was very welcome in the hottest part of the day). We loved the beautifully maintained garden and the pool, which was cleaned every few days by the owner, as well as the huge shaded sitting out area, where we spent most of the days! In the hot weather we tended to drive to the carpark on the outskirts of Pollensa, but there was also a quiet walk via the cemetery road, which took approximately 10 minutes to the edge of the town. The staff at Owl Bookings were excellent and the few very minor problems we encountered were dealt with immediately. We have no hesitation in recommending Villa Romeu! Nothing.

Comfortable & Spacious Villa Stay with Great Outdoor Living

Great stay overall with clear communication from the host. The villa was very clean, spacious, and well equipped, including a fully fitted kitchen and bathrooms, with towels and bed linen provided. The pool was well maintained, and the covered patio was a lovely, cozy spot where we spent most of our time. It’s a good base in both good and bad weather. The villa is within walking distance of Pollensa, but having a car is recommended for convenience, especially for getting around easily. Car is needed for taking rubbish to the shared communal bins.

Ideal villa for family

This villa was perfect for our family holiday of 3 generations. So quiet yet only 15 minutes walk from Pollensa town. Superb service from Owl villas and a very generous welcome basket. Cots and high chairs provided for our 2 little ones. Being all on one level they had plenty of space to crawl around. The covered patio was great for outdoor eating. Shade from the sun and also the rain! Have no hesitation on recommending it and also owl villas who we will use again if we return to this area. Nothing

Very pleasant holiday accomodation

High standard, well kept. Prompt improvement of vehicle access (please make that permanent, modern cars don't have much ground clearance). Minor details: A more detailed explanation how to operate the safe. A mirror at the gate showing the traffic coming from the right side would be helpful when driving to Pollenca because you can't see much what comes from that direction.

Einzigartig

Response from VrboOwner on 29 Apr, 2026
Vielen Dank, Angelika!

Response from VrboOwner on 13 Jun, 2025
Dear Eike, Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful review. We’re truly happy to hear that you enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, the views of the Tramuntana mountains, and the comfort of Villa Romeu. It's great to know the location worked well for both relaxation and exploration. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the waste separation and disposal process. We understand it can be a bit confusing, and we’ll take your comments into account as we continue to improve the experience for our guests. Thank you again for choosing us — it was a pleasure hosting you! Best regards, The Owl Booking Team

Urlaub Anfang Mai

Beautiful villa with excellent facilities

We know this area well, but this is by far the nicest Villa we have rented in Pollensa. Easy access to shops, old town and port, but more importantly, the design of the Villa and the quality of the provided equipment was superb. Modern, open plan with all you could need for a fabulous stay. Will be returning!

Sehr schöner Urlaub in ruhiger Lage
