Nerja Paradise Rentals - Villa Los Girasoles

Villa Los Girasoles is a lovely, country style three-bedroom villa situated in an elevated position above the Punta Lara area of Nerja approached by a good concrete road to within 50 metres of the house when the road becomes a track. There are stunning, panoramic views of the sea, Nerja coastline and mountains. It is approx 1 km to the nearest beach and 2 km to Nerja town centre.



In the grounds of the villa there is a private swimming pool with gardens, trees and a covered shady terrace where you can relax and enjoy the uninterrupted views. Inside this comfortably furnished property there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twin rooms that share a bathroom and a large Kingsize double with en-suite facilities. The spacious open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area has access to the garden and pool area from via patio doors.



Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels (limited), air-conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The villa has ample private off-street parking, a private pool (6.36m x 3.35m and 1.15 - 1.44 m depth), barbecue, outside furniture and 6 sunbeds.



All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

The local caves – Cueva de Nerja – and the neighbouring hillside “Pueblo Blanco”, Frigiliana, are incredible must-sees during your stay. Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Málaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Nerja has a great network of public transport – or you can hire a car to discover the area at your own pace.
