Very nice apartment

This is a very nice modern apartment that is close to the Dali Museum and center of Figueres. Communication with the owner was very good.

We loved our stay here! It was very comfortable, great location. It had two thermostats so we were able to maintain the perfect temperature (we were there on a cold night). Staff was responsive and accommodating. The lift wasn’t working, which wasn’t a problem for us but could have been challenging for other guests. I would have liked having a bottle of water upon arrival. Thank you!

Idéalement situé par rapport au musée 3 bémols :- un peu bruyant si le locataire du dessous l’est- ascenseur en panne ( ce qui est indépendant de l’hôte mais à 80 ans monter les bagages sur 2 étages ce n’est pas particulièrement agréable…- enfin et surtout la poignée de la porte d’entrée rue est faite pour qu’on se blesse facilement , ce qui fut le cas

Merci beaucoup pour vos commentaires, ils nous sont très utiles. Je regrette l'incident concernant la porte d'entrée ; personne ne nous avait signalé qu'elle présentait un danger. À l'avenir, si d'autres clients se montrent bruyants, n'hésitez pas à le signaler rapidement à votre contact (en l'occurrence, moi-même) ; nous aurions alors averti ces clients pour éviter qu'ils ne vous dérangent. Il est précisé dans les annonces que l'ascenseur est hors service, afin que les clients en soient informés avant de finaliser leur réservation. Encore une fois, merci d'avoir choisi Pep Ventura Apartaments.

Nice

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Tout était en ordre et confortable et nous étions à 2 pas du musée Dali. L'hôtesse nous a démontré beaucoup de considération et de souci que nous puissions profiter de notre voyage
