Perfect for families, couples, snowbirds, business travelers, and remote workers, the home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests. The primary suite features a queen bed and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen adjustable bed. The bright sunroom includes a sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space and a relaxing retreat to unwind after a day at the beach.

Step outside to your private fenced backyard oasis. Relax in the hot tub, fire up the gas grill, enjoy meals on the paver patio, or gather around the outdoor propane fireplace in the evening. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail, the outdoor living space is designed for comfort and relaxation.

Lollie Sullivan grew up in Chicago and later married her high school sweetheart, with whom she raised seven children while splitting time between Wisconsin’s Northwoods and Marco Island, Florida. After a successful career as the founder and CEO of Accurate Title Insurance in Marco Island, she transitioned to a life centered around hospitality and the outdoors. She now lives full-time in the Northwoods at Thunderbird Point, where she enjoys life as an innkeeper and welcoming guests to the lake she calls home and still visiting Naples.
