Truly beautiful house with so many amenities. We were not there long enough to enjoy the fire pit but it was well set up. We were very comfortable. We drove into the super cute downtown a couple of times. We were in town for a wedding and this was a great spot to stay.

I knew that sewing kit would save someone’s day! So glad you enjoyed your stay! You’re welcome back any time!
We stayed in Snohomish to attend a wedding in Monroe. The location of this house was perfect; it was easy to get to Monroe and visit downtown Snohomish. The owners thought of all the details. We loved the pastries from the Snohomish Bakery, the stocked coffee/tea bar, and that they labeled and provided instructions for all of the things. We were blown away by how beautifully decorated the whole house is and are taking a lot of their ideas with us. We loved everything about it and hope to stay again the next time we visit Snohomish.

About the host
Hosted by Tasha
My husband and I grew up in Snohomish. When we're not working on making Prairie Cottage better, we're usually enjoying the outdoors hiking, hunting, riding horses in the woods, or rushing around keeping up with our kids' busy schedules. We built this airbnb from the ground up because we're passionate about making beautiful spaces for people to catch up, connect, and enjoy one another's company. It is our goal to think of every little detail to provide everything you need for a perfect stay, so you can just be in the moment, relax and recharge.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is so close to town (6 minute drive), but feels like you're out in the country. The 1.5 lane road is frequented by families, walkers, joggers and bikers, and many people tell us they drive this secret route on their way home from work to decompress. The 2 acre lawn for kids to run and play is rare for an airbnb, so we were happy to fill that niche. While the nearby HWY 2 noise can be heard outside, it's overall much quieter and more peaceful than staying in town.
What makes this property unique
Prairie Cottage is the finest lodging in Snohomish! Every inch is curated for beauty and comfort. Two acres of prairie provides lovely spacing from neighbors and room to run and play outside. It is our goal to think of every detail that will make your stay perfect.
