This home sits in a wonderful location in town. It is 5 doors from the beach. Walk to Tea Dance, Joe's Coffee, Dyer's Beach House for the beach. It makes for the perfect vacation home. Close to everything in town, no car needed once you are here, however the property offers each unit one parking space per unit in our driveway for one car. Bike racks are ready for you.

The location is so close to everything. and a great private place to relax after a long day at the beach, close to the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street, filled with quirky galleries which feature well known and local stars like Nancy Wharf and Peg Reynolds, high-end furniture shops, and boutiques. Make sure you stop at Memories at the end of the street to purchase a great photo of the area for your desk.

The local color at the end of this street includes a stop at Joe's Coffee and afternoon Tea Dance at the Boat Slip; all steps away. Walk the town, enjoy legendary lobster dinner preceded by a dozen cool Wellfleet Oysters. The best oysters in New England are here at one of the many eateries in town. There is plenty to see and do. It is not just about the pretty faces. The Mayflower pilgrims, who landed here in 1620 and the Pilgrim Monument are a staple tour, Herring Cove swim, whale watching, the National Sea Shore bicycle trails, the old time fishing boats still working day in and out as the seasons change; it is all wonderful. This property has been in our family for over 150 years. We are a weekly rental only with a Saturday change over. Sorry we can not take trucks in our parking lot, only mid size cars. The town lot is just one block away and offers free parking for large SUV's and trucks.
