The overall property is very well maintained. The view of the gulf is excellent. The unit itself is very nice. Comfortable furniture, kitchen has plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, pans and utensils. We will be back.

Awesome Place to Stay!

After many years in Destin, this was our first time staying at Mediterranea. We loved the complex and the condo. It was very convenient to everything and the grounds and pool are very well maintained. Our condo was very clean and well stocked with all the necessary items plus some. We will be back for sure.

Mediterranea - Unit 411

This property was exactly like the listing described. The unit is clean, comfortable and well equipped. The pool is amazing and was not crowded. The beach is right across the street and there are plenty of amenities near. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect vacation!

The view is breathtaking! Everything went so smoothly. The only issue we had was the lock on the door jammed but a little WD-40 fixed it right up. We look forward to coming back.

Construction on roof is scheduled for several months and we were not told prior to arrival. We would not have stayed there if we had been informed. Also we saw 3 or 4 dead roaches there. Maybe coming from construction. But not bringing my suitcase into the house.

We have stayed at The Mediterranea for a few years now but this was our first time in this condo. It looks just like the pictures and it’s so spacious and lovely!! The cleanliness and cozy feeling made it a great stay! We will definitely be back! The only thing I would say is the check out time is 9:00 and we felt like it was way too early as the other condos have a check out time at 10:00.

Miramar Beach Vacation July 2024

We enjoyed staying at this property; it has a wonderful view of the pool and ocean. The grounds of the property were very beautiful. The property was clean and had lots of sleeping options, the pull out couch was the best we've ever slept on. Very appreciative of that. Only recommendation is that this property does not come with the umbrella/chairs at the beach like some others and it's cash only to purchase for the week which we did not know. It would be helpful for the property managers to have let us know ahead of time about this as most condos we've stayed at in the resort do include that in the rental. Overall, great stay, though!

Great stay

Overall this was a great property. It was very clean and looked like it was well taken care of. The location was perfect for a short walk to the beach. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and it was never crowded. The walk to the beach was very short and easy to do. The only downside was that it was not extremely well stocked in the kitchen, but we ate out most nights so it wasn't a huge deal. It had all the basic necessities, but didn't have hot pads or small things like that. Overall was great and we will be back again!

Property management company needs to learn more about this unit. They gave us incorrect info. Property is very nice, but needs new pots and pans and Kuerig. Nice, large unit with great views. Outdoor furniture needs to be more comfortable..just 6 plastic chairs.

Exactly as it looks, very VERY comfortable

Highly recommend, however if you have little ones the furniture is cloth, including the dining room chairs. So from one mom to another I recommend at least putting a clean trash bag and towel over the dining room chairs your little ones sit on so that you don’t stain or dirty them.
