Welcome home to this newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront 4th floor unit that offers beautiful furnishings and updated decor. From the moment you enter, you will find a modern comfortable environment with extraordinary ambiance. Unit includes new hard-surface flooring throughout, crown moldings that elevate the 10' ceilings, two built-in fireplaces, and large smart-televisions. The stunning living room accentuated by a 10' high tiled fireplace wall has unrestricted views of the beautiful emerald coast that opens to a large private beachfront balcony for both relaxing and sunbathing. Those desiring to dine-in will delight in the fully equipped modern kitchen with all new appliances, quartz waterfall countertops, separate bar area with wine/beverage cooler and a kitchen peninsula facing the oceanfront and a pantry area. At the end of the day, your master bedroom awaits to provide an oasis of relaxation while the flickering flames of your private electric fireplace dance with the crystals. Unit includes two completely remodeled baths, one with tub-shower and the master with oversized gorgeous large shower with two shower heads and double sinks. Paradise found.
SPECIAL NOTE: We rent Saturday to Saturday ONLY from March thru October and provide one beach service set-up (2 chairs and one umbrella) on the beach through the Association's beach vendor from March thru October as weather permits. Every room from the entry to the balcony has been updated in this extensive remodel. From the unit to the spectacular grounds and pool, onsite amenities and the beautiful white sand that accentuates the crystal clear emerald waters, this unit and property is paradise found.

Great condo on the beach! Very clean and nicely remodeled. Plenty of space for a family of 4. The pools and hot tub were great as well. We loved the fireplaces and the large balcony. The only thing that could have made our stay even better was maybe a couple plastic plates and cups for the kiddos, some beach toys, and maybe a couple board games or a puzzle. It was wonderful though and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this unit.

Wonderful Vacation at The Crescent again this year!

Our beautiful condo facilities were more than sufficient. Our families of 10 enjoyed the enjoyed the two condos we rented, the beach, and the pool. Our grandchildren, ages 5-7 enjoyed spending time with other guests children at the pool and the beach. The site is clean, safe and inviting for families. Thank you for having such fine facilities and for the secure operations at the site.

Communication was exceptional!! Not only rapid host response to inquiries, but also proactive communication of other information. We found the unit to be better than represented by the photos (and it looked quite nice in the photos or we would not have chosen it). Just about everything is higher end quality. Unit was clean, clean, clean. Master shower is fabulous -- huge, top end tile and wonderful rain shower head. Guest bath presented as "meh" in photos, but much, much better in person. If you are a current/retired NBA player, this is the place for you -- 9' ceilings with 8' doors (don't know that I've ever seen an 8' door before). Covered balcony is comfortably furnished and offers protection from the sun -- great view of the beach/gulf. Grounds are wonderful -- nicely landscaped with amazing pool smaller heated pool hot tub. Check in and parking was easy.We highly recommend this unit.

Property was very conveniently located. Beach access very easy and the chairs and umbrellas provided on the beach were a bonus. Had internet issues which were promptly resolved. More towels were needed and provided but not until mid week. Pillows on bed desperately need updated. Overall very nice and would recommend to others.

We had a great time at the Crescent. It was a beautiful condo and we liked that it was only 4 floors. My only recommendation would be to possibly leave a bracelet or 2 in the condo. You can’t check in until 4, front desk staff leaves at 5 and doesn’t come back till 9. When you’re traveling that one hour is a very short window.

Because it is gorgeous, directly on the sugar-white beaches that made Destin famous, and one of the most desirable properties in all of the panhandle, at a price you can't beat for what you get. Includes 2 king beds, Pottery Barn sofa that converts to a unique side queen sleeper in living room suitable for the youngsters , beach service included of 2 chairs and one umbrella (in season), and a balcony with comfortable furniture and two chase lounges that we bet you will fall asleep in before your stay is over.

Pool Pavilion is fabulous. If not the best in all of Destin, certainly one of the exceptional pool pavilions! Generally uncrowded, with not just one but 2 pools to relax in, and one so large that your pool toys and rafts are always welcome. It caters to families and those looking for a relaxing vacation directly on the beachfront.
