This charming villa is a 4-room house that spans across 130 m2 and is spread over two levels. As you walk in, you are greeted by a spacious entrance hall that leads you into a tastefully furnished living room, complete with an open-hearth fireplace and a flat screen TV. There is also a dining area adjacent to the living room, perfect for family meals.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the modern amenities you could need during your stay, including an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) free of charge. There is also a separate WC located on this floor.

Upstairs, you will find an open entrance hall with one bed, perfect for relaxation or reading a book. There are two double bedrooms that are beautifully decorated and provide a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The bathroom on this level includes a bath, a bidet, and a WC.

Please note that heating is available at an extra cost and only from November 1st to April 15th. The villa also features a patio and a garden, complete with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and two deck chairs for soaking up the sun.
