Detached newly renovated holiday home with private pool for 4 persons

Holiday home for 4 persons with private pool surrounded by a green fenced olive grove and vineyard (over 2.500mq). 9.5 km from the sea and 2.5 km from Camaiore center. The house is currently being renovated and the work will be completed in January 2023.
It consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 small bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower, living-dining room with kitchenette, covered terrace and garden. Air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, TV sat, ADSL wi-fi connection, stereo, dvd player, pool: 11x5x1,5.
Additional costs to be paid locally: final cleaning € 80- bed linen/ towels € 15/person (on request). Electricity, gas and water included
